During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website). The two buildings are across from each other. Guests staying in the 2* Studios only need to cross the street to reach the reception, and they will have access to all the 4* services and faiclities.

Lo céntrico

Cons:

Nada de buena presencia, engaño de fotos en booking y el aparthotel no son igual de cómodas ni las vistas que ofrecen, al llegar en la entrada tenían depósitos de toallas y sábanas, basura, la habitación habían dejado la nevera con hielo y una toalla dentro de la nevera, hicimos el reclamo y la respuesta por parte del personal fue pésimo ya que dijeron que enviarían el técnico (no sabían a qué hora llegarían) y dijeron que no podían hacer más. Las toallas de la habitación manchadas! La verdad pésimo apartamento

Cons:

Piscine un peu vétuste et la gestion des gens autour de la piscine qui bloque des transat avec leur serviettes toutes la matinée alors qu'ils ne sont pas là et arrive en début d'après midi.
Et le buffet pourrait être un peu mieux

Odalar hayal kırıklığı

Kahvaltı çeşitli ve iyiydi. Merkezi konumda.

Cons:

Rezervasyon yaparken 4 yıldızlı otel olduğu için tercih ettik ancak odamız karşı binadaki aparttaydı ve iki yıldızlıymış. Yani booking üzerinden 4 yıldızlı olduğunu düşünerek yapıyorsunuz ancak 2 yıldızla karşılaşıyorsunuz. Hayal kırıklığı oldu maalesef. Otelin restoran, havuz vs. olanaklarından faydalanıyorsunuz ancak yanlızca kahvaltı 4 yıldızlı otel standardındaydı. Havuz ve çevresi eski görünüyordu biz kullanmadık.

Great location but a no-frills hotel
Pros:

Great location, really close to shops, bars and restaurants.
Really comfortable bed.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room is completely ineffective.
Towels weren't replaced despite leaving dirty ones on the shower floor to signal that they should be.
Enquired about an iron at reception and was told there's a charge for them.
The only socket is in the bathroom, no way to charge a phone or plug in a hair straightener anywhere except in the bathroom.

Habitación muy bien, piscina muy mal
Pros:

La habitación era muy confortable y estaba muy limpia. Las limpiadoras del aparthotel muy simpáticas y amables.

Cons:

La piscina: permitían beber y fumar dentro. La zona de hamacas muy sucia, con restos de comida y lleno de palomas. Permitían usar colchonetas en el agua y al estar lleno, no había espacio para poder estar tranquilos con una niña pequeña, porque pasaban sin mirar.
Uno de los días mi hija no pudo entrar en el kids club porque la actividad solo era en inglés y las monitoras no hablaban castellano.
