During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website). The two buildings are across from each other. Guests staying in the 2* Studios only need to cross the street to reach the reception, and they will have access to all the 4* services and faiclities.

Excelente custo benefício: o valor do jngresso dos parques e transporte para o parque estavam inclusos na diária. Compramos o pacote com café da manhã e jantar inclusos, a comida é simples, mas diversificada é farta. No jantar as bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas estão inclusas.
Embora o transporte para o parque esteja incluso, não é claro o local exato de pagar o ônibus no retorno para o hotel. O ônibus que pegamos estava sendo dirigi por um motorista sem educação e debochado. Quando perguntei se o ônibus era o do hotel ele foi realmente sem educação.

La douche était bouchée la salle de bain inondée à chaque fois
Le café donne une seule fois (bienvenue!) et zéro dans la chambre malgré la machine dans la chambre (suite avec salon ) plus cher qu’une chambre normale des détails pas sympa !!

We were on the 6th floor and there was only one lift working which was never available as the hotel was very busy. After long and busy days, the 6 flights of stairs with bags definitely weren't ideal. Dinner service options weren't great whilst we stayed
La ubicación muy buena! Aún que no tiene acceso directo a playa ya que caminas más de 20 minutos!
Las toallas rotas, viejas y de muy mala calidad para lo que pagamos debería tener todo de buena calidad!
El Schampoo y jabón de manos siempre vacío
Nunca hubo buena animación ni actividades para adultos siempre enfocados a niños y siempre lo mismo todos los días! El desayuno siempre un caos!!! No hay control ni supervisión mucha comida cruda!
Nos pareció genial a mi pareja y a mi. Es maravilloso que dejen 2 camas, si quieres dormir juntos o si quieres descansar un poco más, es céntrico y práctico.. todo muy bien.. excelente. Volveremos🩷
