During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website). The two buildings are across from each other. Guests staying in the 2* Studios only need to cross the street to reach the reception, and they will have access to all the 4* services and faiclities.

Je reste très satisfaite quand même, et j’y reviendrai

L’hôtel est très bien placé, et en plus on a la possibilité d’avoir des navettes gratuites pour aller à PortAventura, ce qui est un vrai plus

Cons:

Le studio n’a pas ni de couverts, ni d’assiette, ni de ustensiles de cuisine, des cuisines et pour quatre personnes c’est un peu petit et un gros bémol car le parking est plein

Correcte per passar un cap de setmana.
Pros:

L’apartament, el personal , zona infantil i l’esmorzar.

Cons:

No entenem perquè a l’ aprtament no hi trobem cap estri de cuina.
El preu del sopar ens sembla elevat pel menjar que s’hi ofereix.

Cons:

Que en tiene plazas limitadas de parking, y luego aparcar por allí es una odisea sin horas y horas dando vueltas para encontrar un sitio, tanto así que mi esposo se estaba planteando dormir en el coche el las afueras del pueblo por qué no encontraba sitio después de dos horas

Llegamos y no estabamos ubicados en el hotel sinó en unos apartamentos delante nada comodos para ir con los niños, estrecho, el balcon daba a un hotel con un ruido tremendo...tenias que cruzar la calle para ir a la piscina, a desayunar, etc...así que no cumplio nuestras espectativas.

Hotel decepcionante que no cumple expectativas.

La experiencia de recepción de los huéspedes no es buena. El personal de recepción fue muy poco amable. Fue desagradable. Se ve que tenían mucha prisa porque nos fuéramos. Solicitamos plaza de aparcamiento y su respuesta es para cuántos días. Al decir, que solo dos, parece que no les interesó o que no le éramos rentables... Quisimos cambiar una cena por una comida y tampoco nos dejaron cuando el comedor, a la hora de la comida estaba vacío. En el chek-out, más de lo mismo. El personal debería ser más amable y preguntar por cómo ha sido la estancia. Eso sin contar que habíamos contratado un estudio para estar cerca de un grupo de amigos y para poder cocinar y nos dieron una habitación de hotel. Eso sí, en la 6º planta en un edificio con solo dos ascensores.
