Supersauber, superfreundlich, superangenehm - gerne wieder 🥰
Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gefühlt 1.000 Kinder zum Spielen, mega Kinderbetreuung, leckeres Essen mit dem einen oder anderen Gläschen Wein 😏 und dann auch noch das Care-Paket mit Schlafdecke, Napf, 💩-Sackerl und Guttis für unseren Wauzi. MEGA! Wir kommen SICHER wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf 🥰

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück war vielfältig. Man kann auch direkt dort essen und Wein verkosten. Tipp: Das Hotel ist Partner der Genuss Card - da gibt es einige Vorteile in der näheren Umgebung.

Very unprofessional- we didn’t get our accommodation!!!
Pros:

Nothing- when we arrived at 21:10 - all doors opened, we could walk around the hotel, but didn’t get booked room. nobody was on the reception within announced check-in time. We didn’t manage to get accommodation and had to search for another accommodation in the middle of the night

Cons:

We didn’t get the booked accommodation, there was nobody to accommodate us. I called the number from reservation, also the one on the door. I tried almost 10x, but there was only information on working hours. Avoid this unreliable, unprofessional place! How can anyone trust you??? You don’t care about customers and don’t honour the confirmed booking!
