Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la chambre durant le séjour
La demi-pension ne vaut pas le coup il vaut mieux prendre les repas à l’extérieur

La plomberie est catastrophique, le restaurant le personnel est très gentil mais chaque plat arrive avec plus d’une heure d’attente alors qu’il y’a à peine 8 chambres à servir et les 8 chambres était pas toutes occupés. Les coupures de courant sont répétitives tous les jours et plusieurs fois par jours. Le frigo de la chambre ne marchait pas et la porte des toilettes, et la porte d’entrée de la chambre sont très compliqués à fermer. L’hôtel était un des moins cher mais ça reste un certain prix, la qualité du service doit suivre. La ville de Matemwe pratique pour l’excursion de mnemba mais sinon je ne recommande pas cette ville.

No limpian las habitaciones a diario. Nuestra basura estaba hasta arriba y aunque las toallas no se cambien a diario al menos limpiar y hacer las camas deberían de hacerlo. Se fue la luz un par de veces

Shower water 1 in the whole 7days that we stayed smelled very strong off swereadge water. Rest of time water was fine very lovely place

Kommunikation durchs Personal teilweise nicht so gut, wir warteten (obwohl wir 3 Stunden im Voraus das Essen für 19 Uhr bestellt hatten) über eine Stunde auf das Essen - weil der Pizzateig noch gemacht / besorgt werden musste. Das hätte man einfach sagen sollen, dann hätten wir etwas anderes bestellt.
Oder an einen Morgen wurden wir um 7:15h abgeholt, ich bat darum, dass wir direkt um 7 Uhr frühstücken können und bestellte alles bereits abends vor, als wir morgens kamen tauchte um 7:10 jemand auf um unsere Bestellung anzunehmen.
Also gingen wir ohne Frühstück…

Il posto è un po' isolato e in mezzo al nulla.

I servizi ordinari offerti devono migliorare perché questo hotel ha un grande potenziale inespresso, ma anche un prezzo sopra la media che dovrebbe garantire un’attenzione maggiore.
Il manager è una persona super attenta e interessata al benessere degli ospiti, ci ha sempre aiutato e chiesto come stavamo nei giorni in cui lo abbiamo incrociato.
Non essendo sempre presente, però la gestione ordinaria della struttura è affidata ad alcune ragazze che non sembrano avere particolare voglia e attenzione verso il cliente. La camera non sempre ci veniva chiesto se volevamo che venisse sistemata. Abbiamo avuto spesso l’impressione che mangiare al ristorante fosse un ‘peso’, soprattutto a pranzo, e le ragazze stavano spesso a guardare la televisione presente nella sala da pranzo anche durante il servizio.
La colazione non è particolarmente ricca e dovrebbe essere trovata una soluzione per le troppe api che ronzano sul cibo e anche li vi è una certa disattenzione spesso dimenticando parte di ciò che dovesse essere servito, come per due volte è capitato col frullato di frutta.
Quando abbiamo organizzato un’escursione ci siamo alzati apposta alle ore 7 per poter far colazione visto che il nostro transfer sarebbe partito alle 8. Abbiamo atteso fino alle 7:40 prima che ci venisse chiesto cosa volessimo, e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto rinunciare per mancanza di tempo. L’ultimo giorno, avendo prenotato un transfer per l’aeroporto mi sono voluto sincerare che fosse confermato e una delle ragazze mi ha risposto ‘boh’ che è tutto fuorché una risposta professionale, poi con una telefonata al manager la questione si è risolta prontamente.
È un grande peccato, alcune persone dello staff devono cambiare atteggiamento per garantire alla struttura la crescita che merita.

At this price point, there was a lack of many amenities such as a safe, kettle, hair dryer and TV in the room. The bathroom showerhead was broken. The geyser has sufficient hot water for one shower only and then needs to warm up for the next person. The mattress was very thin and lacked a duvet. Breakfast options were limited and we were only allowed to order one item from the menu. For dinner, drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. There was no seating area and umbrellas on the beach. We could only swim in the ocean during high tide as there was a tremendous amount of sea urchins in the water outside the villa.
