Mooi verzorgde oase van rust
Pros:

Heerlijke oase van rust, niet massaal en met persoonlijke aandacht. Personeel was waar nodig altijd beschikbaar. Kamers zijn top verzorgd, erg ruim en mooi/schoon afgewerkt.

Idéal pour repos et snorkeling
Pros:

Hôtel très calme et conforme aux photos.
Trajet aéroport - Hôtel réservé via booking a 41€ pour 8.
La terrasse en bois a été refaite pendant notre séjour, nous avons pu profiter d’une terrasse neuve sur la fin de notre séjour.
La piscine est grande et nettoyée tous les jours.
Les chambres sont propres et impeccables, elles sont nettoyées tous les jours à condition de laisser les clés. .
Nous avons eu des coupures de courant mais le groupe électrogène prend le relais à chaque coupure.
La climatisation des chambres est très efficace.
Les repas sont très bons, l’accueil et le service sont très bien (environ 5$ l’entrée et entre 10 et 13$ le plat, bière à 4$)
Le responsable est très gentil et de bons conseils.
Un petit chemin de quelques mètres mène directement à la plage.
Elle est gigantesque, magnifique, l’eau est translucide.
Attention aux oursins. Pas possible de se baigner à marée basse.

Info :
- Les magasins d’alcool ne sont pas ouverts pendant le Ramadan. En revanche les hôtels et les bars continuent d’en servir.
- L’hôtel est située à quelques mètres d’une mosquée avec un haut parleur sur le minaret. Nous avons pu profiter des prières 5 fois par jours. Honnêtement ce n’était pas déplaisant, assez chantant même.
- Comptez entre 15 et 25$/ personne la sortie snorkeling à Mnemba Island avec eau et plateau de fruits, prise en charge sur la plage.

Cons:

Durant notre séjour nous avons eu de mauvaises odeurs dans les tuyauteries, y compris l’eau de la douche, odeur vraiment très forte.

Pros:

La jeune fille à l'accueil était adorable. L'établissement est plutôt bien situé, à 1min à pied des plages. La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

L'établissement manque clairement d'entretien / maintenance. Il était surement super à son ouverture, aujourd'hui la terrasse de la piscine à été laissée à l'abandon, des planches ressortent dangereusement. Notre salle de bain manquait également de grande finition avec fissures au mur, des distributeurs à savon qui ne marchaient pas. Un manque d'eau chaude durant le séjour mais le plus préoccupant était l'odeur de souffre lors de l'ouverture des robinets d'eau ... Nous avons demandé le nettoyage de la chambre une seule fois durant le séjour de 4 jours (en le demandant au personnel et en laissant les clés comme demandé) mais celle-ci n'a pas été faite. Le petit-déjeuner est correct même s'il faut bien stipulé les accompagnements avec les omelettes car sinon une simple omelette vous est servi sans accompagnements, le service est très long lorsque l'on est pressé pour partir en excursion le matin (le petit-déjeuner n'a jamais été prêt à 7h00 comme annoncé). Finalement le dernier problème a été le check-out .. personne n'a été capable de faire fonctionner les des TPE (étant du métier nous avons surtout vu qu'il n'avait pas été chargé), nous avons été obligé de payer en espèce. En résumé : les services et le produit ont été décevant.

Un luogo splendido diverso dai soliti resort internazionali.
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente e con un “tocco locale” che la rende speciale. Le camere sono semplici, ma spaziose e funzionali. Accuratissime le pulizie. Il cibo è ottimo (il pesce in particolare, ma anche la carne), preparato al momento, ci siamo complimentati spesso con lo chef. Abbastanza vario, se si esplora l’intero menu’ a disposizione. La colazione mi ha messo più alla prova xche nn amo mangiare salato e di dolce nn c’era nulla, ma abbiamo chiesto della marmellata che è stata comprata specificamente per noi e nel market del villaggio ho comprato degli yogurt che con la splendida frutta del buffet sono stati perfetti (se li avessi chiesti probabilmente li avrebbero procurati loro, ma ho preferito fare in questo modo). I frullati di frutta fresca serviti al mattino sono buonissimi! Il menù prevede per lo più piatti locali salvo alcune concessioni bizzarre ai piatti internazionali (tipo spaghetti alla bolognese o pizza). A volte i tempi di attesa sono un po’ lunghi, ma basta ordinare in anticipo e mettersi d’accordo sull’orario in cui si vuole pranzare o cenare. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente o “canterino”.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che inizialmente ci ha creato un po’ di difficoltà e’ che la struttura nn offre ombrelloni (o un qualche riparo dal sole) in spiaggia. La struttura non è direttamente sul mare, ma a circa 30 metri di passeggiata. Ma dopo il primo giorno, abbiamo trovato dei comodi punti d’ombra lungo la spiaggia e siamo stati benissimo.

Jättestora fina rum, nära till magisk strand, supertrevlig personal.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, gick att beställa olika typer av ägg. Fanns oftast guacamole, fanns alltid korv och pannkakor, olika typer av frukt. Ibland hembakat bröd.
Rummen var jättestora och rymliga, badrummet också. Bra med varmvatten.
Badhanddukar varje dag
Varje dag tillfrågades vi om vi ville ha städning, de dagar vi tackade ja städades det jättenoga.
Ok mat lunch och middag om man ville, gångavstånd till andra bra matställen.
Stranden precis utanför HELT magisk, milslånga vita rena stränder, perfekt för promenad i soluppgången och nedgång.
Hotellägaren supertrevlig och tillmötesgående
Vi skulle bo här igen, vi var supernöjda med vår vecka här!!!

Kaffe/te på rummet vore trevligt.
Infrastrukturen inte bra, elen försvann ofta men har inget med hotellet att göra,Hotellägaren gör vad han kan med de små resurser som finns

Beautifully decorated, comfy pool area, almost on the beach although not in the beachfront, multiple restaurants around

Cons:

There are constant power outages in the island. The property has a generator for the main building, but the rooms are left without electricity. It is good to know that if that happens during night, there is no air conditioning or ventilation either, so the temperatures can rise very high during night.

Great rooms, good, quiet location, kind and respectful staff.
Pros:

The room is big, clean, comfortable.
The bed is massive and also very comfortable.
The staff are very kind and polite.

Cons:

The decking around the pool needs a bit of maintenance as some of the wooden boards are breaking, potentially causing accidents.

In the property’s page it says beach front and I was disappointed to learn that despite being very close to the beach, it is not beachfront.

Significant loss of essential services and misleading listing
Pros:

- Friendly staff (except manager)
- Breakfast was good
- Quiet location

Cons:

- During our 3-night stay, we had no electricity in the room for approximately 26 hours (nearly half of the stay). The power outages were 12 and 14 hours long.
- When electricity was out, there was no lighting, no sockets, no AC, no fans, no fridge and no hot water in the room. The hotel generator only supplies common areas, not guest rooms.
- The situation was described by the owner as “normal” and no compensation was offered or empathy for the poor experience.
- The property is not beachfront, despite being advertised as such.
- The Deluxe Suite does not have a sea view, although advertised as such.
- No housekeeping was provided during the stay. The manager blamed us for not leaving the keys for housekeeping, but we were never informed this was the protocol.
- There were water outages, making toilet and shower unusable for hours.
- Upon arrival at 11:30 pm, the room was extremely hot because the AC was set to 30°C, and we were unable to rest properly the first night.
- The manager was dismissive when we raised our concerns and made inappropriate comments that made us very uncomfortable.

These limitations were not clearly disclosed on the Booking.com listing before booking and significantly affected the value and comfort of the stay, especially considering the price. I cannot recommend this place.

Horrible experience
Pros:

AC didn’t work for three days and nights. This place has no generator for rooms and there are often long electricity showdowns on the island!!! I left after 3 days, but these people refuse to get me money back.

Pros:

Un personnel très gentil et une chambre très spacieuse.

Cons:

De très nombreuses pannes d’électricités qui ont durée plus de 4h. De ce fait, plus de clim, plus d’eau chaude, plus de lumière… De plus, la piscine était un peu trop chaude et donc ne permettait pas de bien nous rafraîchir…
