The stay in this hotel has been one of the nicest ever. Starting from the staff that is incredible nice , everyone included but a special thank you to Christina who is always there to help you with any needs. the rooms are very spacious and have everything needed, an excellent breakfast , very silent and the road to the hotel is a pedestrian one full of cafes. I strongly recommend staying at Hanami for a Belgrade trip!

Really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything made for a relaxing experience.
Stuff was quiet friendly, but could go an extra mile for exceptional service.
Rooms lack maintenance, A/C is super loud, noise from the street is heard. Some design elements are falling off the ceiling, no elevator in the property, Japanese restaurant was closed on a Monday evening to have dinner.

Every thing, very nice hotel with warm welcome, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great with fantastic touch, the staff is so friendly and welcoming and takes care of everyone.

We had a really pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and well organized, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and exactly as shown in the photos. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared every morning. You can tell the hotel pays attention to small details, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again.😉😍
I stayed here for one night and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless — the staff were genuinely warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can tell they actually care about the guest experience, not just doing their job.
The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. I slept really well, which almost never happens when I travel. The breakfast was another highlight — fresh, varied, and clearly prepared with quality ingredients.
What stood out most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel: calm, welcoming, and very well managed. It’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should.
I would absolutely come back and recommend it without hesitation. 10/10.
