Noisy property.
Pros:

Excellent location smack in the middle of Ximending.

Cons:

The property is situated on the 7 and 8 floor of the building. There is a nightclub on the 9 floor and the music goes on non stop till 9pm every night. Also lots of traffic noise cos it's beside the main road. The lift to the 7th floor is only open from 8am to 6pm. So you'll have to go to the 8th floor to get them to open the gate to the lift if you have luggage to move or a wheelchair.

Well worth the time spent. Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The staff was warm and helpful. Their guest map of the downtown area was more reliable than Google Maps. No issues with the elevators. No noise from other lodgers. Close access to the metro station and various shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Lack of laundry amenities. They should meet us halfway by selling succulent soap and fabric softener. Renting adapters would be nice. Maybe there were a third party laundry service available.
