Hotel Casa Agustina

Bathroom as small as on an airplane. Room was tiny.Lots of steps 17 to reach the reception. No breakfast as advertised on booking for $7.

Las instalaciones y la estructura del hotel están algo descuidadas. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento.

No hay mucho espacio para dejar las cosas

O quarto precisa de um melhoramento. Nota-se que as áreas comuns do hotel estão modernizadas e os quartos não acompanham.

The room was quite small and in need of some renovation. The internet was not working during our stay, and although we asked for assistance, the staff initially insisted there was no issue. It was only the next day that they realized the problem, at least in the area where our room was located.
Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low.

La relación precio calidad me pareció muy mala. El valor de la habitación no correspondía ni de lejos a la calidad del cuarto. Para empezar, la TV no servía, solo se podía ver Netflix. El baño era excesivamente pequeño y no hablar del inodoro donde una persona de 1.83m apenas se podia sentar. El desayuno se tenia que ordenar el día anterior para comerselo a una hora específica, a la que una persona del personal le venía a tocar a uno la puerta de la habitacion con todas sus fuerzas. La puerta del hotel siempre estaba cerrada y tocaba timbra para que le abrieran y asi infinidad de detalles, que por ese precio no deberian ser.

Leider ist 100 Meter weiter ein Nachtclub, welcher (Gott sei Dank) am Freitag mal geschlossen war. Extrem laute Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und danach noch Halligalli auf der Straße. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts!

No tiene ventanas ,no hay ventilación en la habitación

La habitación individual no tiene colgador o ropero donde colocar la ropa. No soy claustrofóbica, pero la habitación chiquita sin ventana no debería existir.

Estuvo todo perfecto!

We had asked for twin beds, the room was small with 2 different sized beds, the TV did not work, no windows but an opening to the small courtyard. When we went to sleep we could hear the vibration and music from a neighboring night club which we didn't know about. They said it would go on until 3 am (on a week night). We are seniors on holiday and needed to sleep. We asked if there was another quieter room, so they moved us to the basement, in a small room with one bed and a tv that worked. It was quieter, but we were woken up by construction on the room next door. We said we couldn't stay the 3 nights we paid for if we couldn't get a quiet sleep. We checked out before noon and asked if they would refund us the other 2 nights. They said they would try but we have not been refunded. If you are there to party late, and don't mind the noise, the location is on the main street, very convenient and the staff very nice.
