Przyzwoite warunki i umiarkowana cena jak na Kraków
Pros:

Na plus: recepcja 24h, miła obsługa, dostępny parking mimo że płatny, winda, restauracja na miejscu, ciepło w pokoju, pościel, ręczniki, czajnik, tv, łazienka, aneks kuchenny z lodówką na piętrze.

Cons:

Na minus: czystość - w wielu miejscach w pokoju i łazience niestarty kurz, niedokładnie odkurzony dywan; na ścianach plamy podejrzanego pochodzenia; w umywalce słaby odpływ wody; słuchawka od prysznica uszkodzona - psikała do góry wodę; brak sprzątania po pierwszej nocy (nie dołożony papier toaletowy); śniadanie przyzwoite, jednak im później się przyszło tym mniej wszystkiego - nic nie było dokładane, w drugi dzień nie było zimnych napojów, był problem z ekspresem do kawy; cienkie ściany - było słychać sąsiadów

Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy.

Cons:

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

Przyjechaliśmy przed czasem i wydano nam klucze. Bardzo miła Pani na recepcji . Pokoje czyste wszytko co potrzebne było . Polecam i na pewno tu wrócimy .

Standard podstawowy, ale czysto i grzecznie.
Pros:

Dobry dojazd tramwajem do Dworca Głównego PKP - około 7 minut od przystanku KABEL, dwie linie, które często kursują. Ale nie ma o tym przystanku informacji, nie pojmuję dlaczego. Przystanek autobusowy jest co prawda pod hotelem, ale autobus jedzie do Centrum dwa razy dłużej i rzadko. Dojazd tramwajem mi się podobał, ale to, że nie było tego w informacji na stronie Booking.com nie podobało mi się,

Hotel avec rapport qualité prix idéal pour découvrir Cracovie!
Pros:

Hôtel déjà fréquenté plusieurs fois avec rapport qualité prix très intéressant! Personnel très aimable, présence de parking privé surveillé et clos la nuit. Ascenseur. Lors de mon dernier séjour j'ai bénéficié d'une chambre avec un grand lit confortable. Accès facile par bus (arrêt au pied de l'hôtel) ou tramway (arrêt à 10 min de marche) vers toutes les zones de Cracovie. Présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Cons:

Lors de ma dernière réservation, il n'y avait pas de petit frigo, toujours très utile, dans la chambre contrairement à d'autres chambres de l'établissement. Les chambres donnant sur la rue Malborka sont un peu plus bruyantes en raison de la circulation mais la nuit, c'est calme.
