Nice staff members but not very clean
Pros:

Great Staff but very dirty room. quiet room and the heat worked well

Cons:

Needs serious cleaning. There was dirt and dust all over the walls and the ceiling. Even the TV was covered with dust.

To the Blossoms City Hotel Team,

From check-in to check-out, I was constantly reminded about the fees.
They said it would cost €10 if I arrived early; even though I said I would arrive exactly on time, they messaged me again.
After entering the room, they sent another message saying "it would cost €10 if you checked out late."

In contrast, the radiator in the room barely heated the room at all.
When I reported the problem to the reception, instead of a technical solution, they tried to brush me off by giving me an extra blanket.

Being so sensitive about the cost while failing to provide basic comfort in the room is completely unacceptable. The priorities are completely wrong.
A business should first learn to make its guests comfortable; otherwise, it shows that it is only focused on money.

This experience was extremely disturbing and I would absolutely not recommend it.

Aceasta cazare este desprinsa din filme horror si nu ar trebui sa poarte titlul de hotel.

Aceasta cazare este o abominatie si nu ar trebui sa existe.

Cons:

Practic camera avea 2 metri pătrați, iar patul, care încăpea doar el in camera, era din doua saltele care alunecau una peste alta (nu ai unde sa iti pui si geamantanul). Patul era poziționat sub geam astfel ca frigul nopții se distribuia uniform peste tine, caloriferul fiind la picioare. Pe geam, la nici un metru, era un balcon din care vecinii de lângă(niște bătrâni vorbăreț care fumau intruna) se uitau la tine cum stai in pat. Practic, ca sa nu se uite nimeni la cum dormi tu si ce faci tu in camera trebuie sa stai cu draperiile trase, pe întuneric zi si noapte. Nici la pușcărie nu stai in asa condiții. Vasul de toaleta din baie este vizavi de perete, iar când te așezi nu incap genunchii asa ca stai pe buda crăcănat cu fata la perete. Cred ca exista dulapuri mai mari decât aceasta camera de "hotel". A fost un coșmar din care imi voi reveni doar cu pastile. Iar prețul a fost nesimțit pentru asa condiții. Aceasta descriere nu e in niciun caz exhaustiva. Pozele de pe site sunt înșelătoare si făcute in asa maniera încât sa nu surprindă realitatea dezastrului. Nu recomand!

בית מלון מוזנח, בחדר ראשון החלון לא נסגר ונפתח כל כמה דקות ונכנס רוחות קרות, שלג. לא היה מקום לבגדים, מכונת הקפה בלובי עבד רק על מים חמים, אין אפשרות לשתות קפה עם חלב

Convenient stay for short trips
Pros:

The location is excellent. The room had everything we needed and was clean. They also have a place to store luggage if you arrive before check-in time or after check-out.

Cons:

The only downside was the cleanliness of the hallways outside the room.
