Pros:

Very clean, tidy place, made my stay in Athens enjoyable. Plenty of little cafes / restaurants / bars nearby and about 20mins walk from the centre. Loved the hot water in the shower with lots of pressure. Having two bottles of water in the fridge was really fortunate since we ended up needing them. The music in the elevator is a nice touch.

Pros:

The apartment was cute and clean and it had everything I needed. Hot water all the time.
Eni was super nice and kind.
Great value for money.
The building is nice and renovated completely.
I totally recommend!

Cons:

If you don't care-
The view from the balcony wasn't great but that's ok, though it mentioned that the view is to the street, I got the view to the back old buildings which wasn't pleasant.

The location is far from the city center it took me almost an hour to walk there.
The room is a bit smaller than what it was mentioned in the description (40 sqm) but there's no way in the world that this one was 40 sqm, it was 22-25 sqm top max, I choose this apartment cause I didn't want to pay tons for a small room in a hotel but eventually it was the same when it comes to size, still, I had great time.

Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά, ασφαλής χώρος, ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, βοήθεια σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα πήγαινα ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία! ΑΨΟΓΑ όλα!

Cons:

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το μόνο που μου έλειπε προσωπικά ήταν η μηχανή εσπρέσσο για να πίνω το καφεδάκι μου. Είχε μηχανή Γαλλικού καφέ, για όσους τον προτιμούν.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Die Metro-Haltestelle Kerameikos ist in etwas mehr als 5 Minuten zu erreichen und liegt damit sehr gut um zum Hafen oder zum Flughafen zu gelangen.
Das Zimmer/der Balkon liegen zum Innenhof hinaus. Der Ausblick ist nicht schön, dafür ist es aber vor allem nachts sehr ruhig.

Τα γυαλιστερα πλακιδια σε πατωμα και τοιχοποιια μπανιου αλλα αυτο ειναι υποκειμενικο.

Pros:

Όμορφο, άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο όπως και ολόκληρη η πολυκατοικία είναι ολοκαίνουρια. Αν και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και λίγα λεπτά μόλις από το μετρό το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση.
