Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Communication upon arrival was poor for non-Ethiopian guests, and the shuttle pickup wait was long. We also received no response to our email. Please provide an official WhatsApp number instead of a direct call if a guest is outside the country and trying to reach out.

Not so great, could be better.
Pros:

Great location and great guest services.

Cons:

The room was not as cleaned as advertised, room open shoes or bathroom shoes was not available, it has to be requested.

The walking shower was very small, the water was spilling out everywhere in the shower and the bathroom.
