Warm, comfortable, welcoming with delicious food.
Pros:

The hotel was very curated and the staff and owner very very gentle and welcoming. The facilities are cosy and give a strong sense of warmth, making you feel at home while providing the comfort of an hotel experience. Food is excellent with amazing fresh juices and vegetables and high quality fresh ingredients with affordable prices.

A welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel and a kind welcome. Our room was big, very beautifully decorated and had a nice view over tea plantations across the road. Situated in the mountains the air is cold but electric blankets and warm bedding meant we were comfortable. Evening meals and breakfasts are served in the hotel.

Cons:

The staff were very attentive, but maybe rather too much for our liking, but that is a personal view. There was a bit of a sense of disorganisation which resulted in us having to leave in the morning before our breakfast was completed-our coffee took more than 40 mins to arrive!

The highlight of our trip. We were treated like Kings and Queens!!
Pros:

We were a part of 9 friends travelling through Sri Lanka. We booked all the rooms in this lovely boutique hotel. The owners, the staff and the chefs went above and beyond at every opportunity. We had 6 birthdays to celebrate and had organised a celebration dinner at the hotel. Management surprised us with live music, a ribbon cake bought in specially from Colombo (delicious) and had no problems catering for a gluten free guest. The rooms were spacious, elegant with plenty of hot water for showers. There is also a private guest lounge available on the top floor.

I have no hesitation in recommending CheRiz and the team to anyone travelling to Nuwara Eliya. They are located in Toppass on the road to Kandy, just a short Tuk tuk ride into town. It’s quiet with lovely views over the tea fields.

Worth it!
Pros:

Everything about the place was amazing, but the best part was the staff. They paid really good attention to every detail and made sure to curate the service according to the individuals' need. They were quick to help us in anyway we needed.
The rooms were beautiful and welcoming, especially after a long day of excursions. It really helped to have a heater in the room during the cold weather.
