Das große Problem waren die hohen sommerlichen Temperaturen, für die diese Erdgeschoßwohnung nachts in dieser Lage nicht optimal ist. Keine Klimaanlage und nur kleinere Fenster zum Öffnen, die auch ebenerdig auf den Hauptplatz gezeigt haben, so dass man sie auch nicht wirklich offen lassen wollte, weil jeder zu jeder Zeit einfach hätte einsteigen können und man zudem auch noch von draussen jegliches Geräusch gehört hat. Auch nicht optimal die wohl kurzfristig eingerichtete Anreise über eine extrem steile Schotterstrasse, die zumindest bei mir auch Schäden am Auto hinterlassen hat.

Tijdens een warme periode is de studio niet koel te houden. Geen airco, geen ventilator....niet te doen van de hitte !
Verschillende gasten hadden ook problemen bij het inchecken. Ze hadden de toegangscodes niet op tijd gekregen en moesten heel lang rondbellen om binnen te geraken.
Op dit moment zijn er ook werken gestart op de toegangsweg naar de appartementen. De omleiding over kleine grintwegen is niet voor alle auto's haalbaar. We zagen verschillende auto's die zich vast reden op het grindwegje...

The staff was extremely disrespectful (the room wasn't cleaned and wasn't ready for 15³⁰, they told me to wait for it to be cleaned or find another hotel in season). The booking wasn't ready for 15⁰⁰ at the agreed-upon time, and the booking confirmation didn't arrive until the next day. I was extremely disappointed with the service; the kitchen towels were torn, the floors were terribly dirty, and the shower drain didn't work, leaking water all the way into the hallway. Please note that the hotel is high in the mountains, and due to road construction, access is via unpaved roads. A 4x4 or a spare clutch is required.A million flies, a pigsty and a chicken coop outside the window

Haben warum auch immer das Mail nicht bekommen, in welchem Zimmer wir sind. Mussten dann anrufen (richtige Nummer stand nur an der Tür). Würde das funktionieren wäre es perfekt.
Anreise ist momentan mühsam weil die normale Straße gesperrt ist und man über Schotterwege fahren muss.

We arrived and the room was dirty. There were used towels on the floor and the bed had stains and hairs. We tried to reach someone (it is self check in). The first person we contacted via the number on Booking.com told us it was not the room she was responsible for and then hung up. We called back several times and she finally picked up again and told us to contact Natasha…who the hell is Natasha?! Finally we get in touch with Natasha and she informed us that the room was never cleaned and there were no clean rooms available in the building. We then had to drive 20 minutes to their “sister “ hotel. It was also self check in and we were given the wrong check in information. Finally we got in. PLOT TWIST, this one was dirty too (sinks, etc) but at least the beds were clean. We tried to close the light shades but they were stuck halfway down. Also there is no airflow in the room (also no air conditioning) so it was like an oven.

Next morning before checkout we decided to check out the rooftop pool ( there was a button for it in the elevator). We got there and there was no pool

eher eine persönliche Präferenz, die Kissen waren mir zu hoch und zu groß, kleinere Kissen als Alternative wären top,

Eine Fensterlade hat leider gefehlt und deswegen konnte es nicht abgedunkelt werden.

Mozna zamontowac moskitiere na owady.

Arrivée autonome pas anticipée par l’hébergeur ( pas de code envoyé ) obligé d’appeler à 23h ( heure d’arrivée prévue), pas de réponse avant 20 minutes.
Communication difficile .
Serrure électronique à code défectueuse, à déclenché l’alarme plusieurs fois et réveillé le voisin de pallier.

Geen balkon, geen airco erg heet . Shutters waren stuk en geen gordijnen. Appartementen zitten aan de doorgaande weg vlakbij een bushalte . Veel lawaai als je ramen open staan door hitte in het pand. Eten vlakbij in restaurant was wel super en maakte een hoop goed. Appartement was nog vies ondanks dat wij een uur later inchecken dan kon. Stond nog eten etc.

. Eine moderne Kaffeemaschine aber nur eine Kaffeepads das war für uns eine grosse Überraschung.Wir waren eine Nacht da und diese Moment einfah nicht berücksichtigt. Keine Handtücher nur Badetücher aber es ist nicht dramatisch für eine Nacht war ok.

It would be nice to have more linen beside the bath towel, like hands towel and a towel for the feet on the bath exit. Also one or two kitchen cloths.
You can't block the sunlight properly, which can be a problem specially if traveling with kids.
The food machine on the entrance was not working and there aren't many options around.
