Overpriced and old property without proper ventilation, only location near market rest property not worth the price

Cons:

The whole experience was a disaster since we arrived. Lack of professionalim from receptionist staff. 1 TPU machine that didn’t work and they were not able to charge us that 50% they charge at arrival, and expected us to pay cash or through bank transfer! which we couldn’t do. They had 3 days to solve the problem with their credit card machine, but they didn’t do anything throughout our stay to solve the matter, even though we inquired every day, multiple times. So check out day came, and everything was the same…how can a hotel not have working TPU machines? they expected us to pay through a link, that after everything that had happened, we didn’t feel safe putting our credit cards there. We nearly missed our train back to Kolkata, trying to figure all this out. We ended up having to leave because we didn’t want to miss our train and be stuck there for another day. Terrible experience.
