Gehobenes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal
Pros:

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und konnten die Therme bei der Ankunft sofort benutzen, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Unser Gepäck konnten wir in einem Raum abstellen. Man bekam eine tolle Badetasche mit Bademantel und Handtücher. Zunächst musste man sich erst etwas zurecht finden, weil die Anlage sehr groß ist. Die Wege waren super angelegt und gut nachvollziehbar. Es war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Bereich für die Hotelgäste hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Man bekommt kostenlose Getränke und kann sich Snacks nehmen. Das Essen war im Allgemeinen sehr umfangreich und lecker. Unser Zimmer hat uns gefallen, vorallem der große Balkon und die Betten. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass es eine Tür zum anderen Zimmer gab und man sie teilweise hören konnte. Der Spa+ Bereich ist außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet, leider konnten wir uns kein kostenloses Begrüßungsgetränk holen, weil keiner an der Bar war und es gab auch keine Klingel oder ähnliches. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Vielfältigkeit des Spa-Angebots.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption war teils nicht so freundlich. Wasser hätte auch 1 - 2 Grad wärmer sein können.

Cons:

Wir würden uns wünschen dass am Abreisetag/Anreisetag das Gepäck analog anderen Hotels mit Kennzeichnung vom Personal in einen für Gäste nicht zugänglichen Raum versperrt wird, es ist unangenehm wenn andere Gäste aus und eingehen unabhängig davon ob Wertsachen verstaut wurden oder nicht.

Ein wirklich erholsames Wochenende zu eine guten und fairen Preis
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen waren ein Traum :)
Der eigene Bereich in der Therme für Hotelgäste ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bittet einen gewissen Komfort

Super Service, tolles Buffet, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames, Personal, toller Saunabereich, super Aufgüsse, es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Cons:

Leider hat sich das Menü am vierten Abend schon wiederholt. Da hätte ich etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.
