za me super straveny cas v hotelu, kdy uroven a personal maji vysoke kvality.
Pros:

ocenil bych servis personalu pri pokojove sluzbe,na plazi,restauraci. Dale postaveni hotelu primo u plaze s peknou zahradou. celkovy dojem byl nadherny. plaz udrzovana a krasna.

Cons:

klimatazace na pokoji je nezbytna,ale problem je ze venkovni klimatizace,ktera je dost hlucna, je vedle okna, ktere ma jen drevene rolety a hluk jdu primo do pokoje. Za me nestastne reseny. Druha vec problemu dreveneho bungalovu je, ze vse, co bylo pod strechou, tak se objevuji male drevene kulicky od nejakeho cizopasnika ve dreve, to bylo dosti otravne.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde! Davvero di impatto! Molto accogliente e molto pulita! Ristorante bello e buona colazione, si mangia davvero sempre bene!

Cons:

Le camere sono troppo “aperte”! Non essendoci la zanzariera da tutte le parti purtroppo entravano sempre un sacco di animali.. nella nostra camera abbiamo anche avuto l’inconveniente di non avere le prese per i telefoni vicino al letto e la tendina/zanzariera che ricopre il letto era rotta..

Traumhaftes Hotel in Toplage inmitten eines tropischen Gartens mit Potenzial im Restaurantbereich
Pros:

Wir waren wegen der ausschließlich positiven Eindrücke zum 2. Mal im SeVi. Die Lage ist einmalig. Gelegen am Ende einer stillen Bucht mit schneeweißem Strand und wenig anderen Unterkünften und Gästen, garantiert SeVi dem Besucher Ruhe und Erholung mit entsprechendem Komfort und Service nebst einem wunderschönen Garten. Mit diesen Erwartungen sind wir 2026 wieder angereist. Die Unterkunft (große Villa am Meer) war erneut super schön. Das Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen sind sehr freundlich und allesamt sehr bemüht. Allerdings mussten wir schnell feststellen, dass Mühe allein auf Dauer nicht reicht (s. "... nicht gefallen?"). Ausgenommen Stella. Ihr ein besonderes Lob. Stella war unsere Lieblingsmitarbeiterin im Service im Restaurant. Sie strahlte jeden Morgen mit der Sonne um die Wette, war fröhlich, zuverlässig und umsetzungsstark. Ein echter Lichtblick während unserer 5 Tage im SeVi.

Cons:

Thema Personal/Mühe allein genügt oft nicht: Beispiel: Sie bestellen 1 Kanne Tee für 2 Personen, es kommen 2 Tassen Tee. Sie bestellen für den Tee separat (!) etwas Milch, sie bekommen eine Kanne Tee-Milch-Mix. Selbst nach 5 Tagen war das noch schwierig. Zum Standard-Frühstück (sehr umfangreich) kann man aus einem Zusatzangebot noch 1 weiteren Wunsch äußern, ohne Einschränkungen. Bei diesem Zusatzangebot gibt es u.a. weitere Eierspeisen-Optionen. Achtung: Eine Eierspeise ist bereits im Standardangebot enthalten. Wählt man aus dem Zusatzangebot etwas mit Eiern, entscheidet offenbar der Koch, dass zu viele Eier ungesund für den Gast sind, denn diese werden ohne Vorwarnung gestrichen. Muss man das verstehen? Nein. Ist das serviceorientiert? Nein. Bei EUR 2.700 inkl. Frühstück für 5 Nächte für 2 Personen haben wir eher ein Störgefühl entwickelt, dass hier jemand 2 Eier sparen möchte. Thema Pool: Zur großen Villa gehört ein schöner Pool. Nach 3 Tagen war dessen Wasser grün. Wir warteten 1 Tag ab. Nichts passierte. Niemand sprach mit uns. Wir fragten nach. Aha, die Pumpe ist defekt. Eine neue wird in ein paar Tagen geliefert. Dann werden wir abgereist sein. Auf weitere Nachfrage hin wurde der Pool vom grünen Wasser befreit. Danach neues Wasser eingelassen. Insgesamt fiel das Pool-Leben 2 Tage aus. Tja, Pech gehabt. Bar: (Standard-) Cocktails scheinen bereits eine Herausforderung zu sein. Wenn eine Pina Colada nicht nach Ananas und nur nach Alkohol schmeckt und keine leicht cremige Konsistenz aufweist, dann läuft da etwas schief. Dinner am ersten Abend: Wir hatten eine Seafood-Platte. Absoluter Reinfall. Hat nicht frisch geschmeckt. Zufällig entdeckten wir ein neues, wunderschönes Restaurant nur wenige Meter entfernt am Matemwe Beach. Top Lage, top Blick, Sonnenuntergänge, top Cocktails, top Essen UND top Personal. Wir trafen dort jeden Abend weitere Gäste vom SeVi, Vielleicht sollten sich Management und Eigentümer ja doch mal fragen WARUM?

Traumhaft schöner Ort für pure Erholung mit mega-leckerem Essen und super freundlichem Service
Pros:

Die Bungalows befinden sich in einem wunderschönen, super gepflegten Garten. Das Personal ist super freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist direkt auf den Strand gebaut. Man hat dort einen phantastischen Blick auf den Ozean. Das Essen dort ist erstklassig. und der Service einzigartig. Zu jeder Zeit wird man freundlich und mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und bedient. Wir haben im SeVi eine phantastische Woche erlebt. Die Massagen waren traumhaft.

Cons:

Man kommt schlecht weg, für alles benötigt man ein Taxi; günstige Transportmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht; der Strand ist voll mit Booten, so richtig zum Baden lädt er nicht ein. Im Gegensatz zum überaus freundlichen und lieben Personal im Restaurant wirkt das Personal der Rezeption ein wenig schwerfällig und hat nicht so die „wir-machen-alles-möglich-Mentalität.“ Die Möblierung der Terrasse des Bungalows ist sehr einfach. Eine bequemere Möblierung wäre wünschenswert.

Schönes Boutique Hotel mit tollem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen an einem etwas kleineren Strandabschnitt. Der Garten ist wunderschön gewachsen und die Poolanlage ist klein aber fein, mit einem zum Strand hin erhöhten Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr grosszügig und immer gut gemacht, es wird am Tisch serviert. Das Nachtessen war immer sehr gut, wir können das Restaurant wirklich empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider ist der Strand öffentlich und es hat immer einheimische die einem etwas verkaufen wollen. Das ist zum Teil einfach anstrengend. Ausserdem ist der Strand doch recht verdreckt, es wird hier nicht viel Sorge zur Umwelt getragen. Ebbe und Flut sind hier sehr stark und so kann man eigentlich fast nicht ins Meer. Auch muss man sehr aufpassen auf Seeigel.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect, better than we imagined. Staff very nice and caring. The bungalow were clean and well equipped. Also very cozy and romantic- perfect place to chill out after long day or have a glass of wine with your loved one. Nice touch is a little pool in every bungalow.
Restaurant view is stunning. Having breakfast there was a unique experience. Food was delicious
Hotel has two pools (one type infinity!) and also kind of a “private” beach so you can stay there not disturbed.
I would definitely recommend to everyone and would ki to come back one day as well

Lovely hotel with beautiful bungalows. Perfect for honeymoon and family. Very quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so lovely. The location of the restaurant and lounge is right over the beach with beautiful views.

Cons:

Lunch and dinner menu needs attention as it became boring and some meals were not good and had to be sent back.
