Beautiful one bedroom oceanfront condo

Oh wow..where to start? The property owner is a monster! She only told me after I booked the nonrefundable place that EVERYTHING was closed! No pools, no hot tubs, no splash pad, no pool deck, no restaurant, no bar, no exit to the beach, no parking garage!!! How has this place been like this for 5 years and she is still getting away with this!?! The structural integrity of the building is in question as well. The whole front area and parking garage is apparently deemed unsafe, there was an electrical fire in the building while I was there! It’s a death trap!! I begged the owner to just let me change the date so that I could save my daughter’s first Fourth of July experience, but she denied me even that!! She spoke to me like I should have known there was no pool because she “told me” but that was AFTER I BOOKED ALREADY!!!!! And she wouldn’t let me change anything! She could have given me a date in December and I would have gladly switched over to save my favorite holiday. There are snarky little notes all over the place in the room. She gave me a parking pass for ocean walk because of how much I complained probably, but they didn’t even work!!! I just ended up having to back out of the garage amidst much embarrassment and use public parking anyway!! She even texted to make sure I would return her crappy useless parking crap or she would charge me 50 dollars…for a laminated piece of paper!!!! She deleted text messages between us as well, trying to not sound so stupid because she wanted to change the check in time so she asked me to check with her closer to the date. When I did, she was rude and I will just try to attach some of the pictures. DO NOT waste your money on this place. Holiday inn is waaay better!!

I feel like they overcharged for the room being as that the condo had no enemies. There was four pools, and none of them were working order. There was a gym and restaurants and a bar, and none were in working order and they don’t plan on fixing any of it, it was damaged by the hurricanes and I’m not sure but someone said that they are possibly being bought out so no one is fixing anything there wasn’t really any employees there. They said that there is no one there to run the place. Security wasn’t very well you could get into doors without even having a key, the owner of the condo contacted me through Booking.com to let me know after I had booked that there was no enemies, but I did not realize that I had got a message through the booking app so did not find out about this until the day I showed up for our trip was very unhappy and not satisfied with our stay would not of booked if I had realized this wish they would have actually called me as I definitely would’ve canceled the chairs to take down to the beach were also very rusted out and did not work well I think there was one good chair to use
