Die Lage ist einmalig. Dafür dass man in einer Großstadt ist, ist es relativ ruhig, vom Balkon aus konnten wir ins Grüne schauen. Trotzdem war man in annehmbarer Zeit im Zentrum.
Der Pool ist relativ groß und liegt ebenfalls im Grünen.
Die Essensbestellungen waren manchmal etwas schwierig. Beim Frühstück kam es vor, dass manche der bestellten Komponenten erst nach längerer Wartezeit und Nachfragen serviert wurden. Beim Abendessen wurde unser Essen einmal sogar ganz vergessen.
Für das kostenlose WLAN musste man sich jeden Tag einen neuen Code an der Rezeption abholen, der nicht immer auf Anhieb funktioniert hat. Das war etwas nervig.
Great, clean place with wonderful staff and very good food.
I also made with them safari to Murchison Falls. It was a wonderful experience. We have seen many wild animals. Everything thanks ours driver Hassan.
Grounds and building was gorgeous. The entire place was very clean. There was a driver for airport pickups and trips into town.
Wifi was very bad and only available in the restaurant. No access in the rooms. Light in the room was very weak and the fan barely turned. Staff in the restaurant were extremely slow and unresponsive.

1. Reception, we had to stay outside the compound for 3 hrs before being let in, which posed a security threat to us
2. Poor customer relation by the staff, staff we rude

5. No cleanness especially the shared bathrooms and toilets
Quiet, safe and good for relaxation.
Staff does not have many answers for their own offerings (ex tours/rooms etc). They are all very nice but lack solutions for situations like for instance the card machine not working. I'm aware of TIA but i think sometimes, like not knowing the details of a tour they offer, is a bit to much. Food also a bit expensive and wifi could be improved.
Good place to get away from it all after a long day in Kampala or a long trip. Nice pool, good choice of food and drinks, friendly staff, relatively comfortable accommodation.
We were regulars at the old place and this new location is quite a bit further out - it takes quite a bit to get to places. Also, when we were there it was awash with large groups of white twenty-somethings getting very loud and very drunk, not sure if that’s now the typical customer but it did make things less relaxing and in tune with the rest of Uganda than we liked.
Beautiful green landscaping, pool. Good food and nice staff.
Even though I paid for a private room, they wanted to charge me for a towel. Not cool.
