pusryčiai puikūs. Švarus ir didelis lauko baseinas. Spa centras nedidelis, tinkamas, kai nedaug žmonių. Šalia geri 2 teniso kortai.

Toliau nuo Palangos šurmulio. Puiki aplinka. Šildomas lauko baseinas. SPA dalis tik suaugusiems. Jaukus restoranas su nuostabiais patiekalais.

Cons:

Buvau užsakęs numerį su dvigule lova, bet gavau su atskirom. Lovos galėtų būti platesnės. Numeris buvo šeštame aukšte, tai vandens spaudimas - tragiškai žemas. Karšto vandens, atsukus čiaupą, tenka laukt apie 10minučių nepriklausomai ar ryte, ar vakare. Chalatai apdriskę, plėmuoti. Tokios kategorijos viešbuty tikiesi geresnio konforto.

Pros:

Overall, this is a very nice hotel and it was planned as the final stop of our family vacation before heading home. I chose a Deluxe room with a balcony in order to enjoy the comfort expected from a 5-star hotel.
The room itself was spacious and well-designed. The extra bed for the child was larger and more comfortable than usual, the bathroom was well equipped, and I also appreciated the thoughtful placement of the TV, which allowed for easy adjustment of the viewing angle.
Unfortunately, the main disappointment occurred when I went out to the balcony and discovered that the previous guest’s underwear had been left on the radiator below the window. I reported this issue at the reception, but the response was limited to a simple apology.
I fully understand that human errors can occur, however, in a hotel of this standard, I would expect a more professional handling of such situations, with an effort to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
My intention is not to criticize unfairly, but rather to provide constructive feedback that can support further improvement.
On a positive note, the breakfast was plentiful and fully met our expectations.
