Da film horror!!!
Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti(anche troppo)ma oramai avevamo prenotato e quindi per non essere scortesi siamo rimasti.Il proprietario non si è neanche presentato,abbiamo comunicato solo per telefono è venuta una ragazza che si occupa di accogliere i clienti.Appena entrati nella stanza non ci eravamo resi conto subito della poca pulizia,capelli,ragnatele,insetti morti ad ogni angolo e nella zona giorno anche formiche che camminavano nel lavandino della cucina si vede che non pulivano da molto tempo.Ma la cosa più fastidiosa sono state le lenzuola!!!Piene di peli,capelli come se non fossero state cambiate, veramente disgustoso. Abbiamo subito contattato il proprietario e lui si è scusato dicendo che l'avrebbe fatto presente alla donna delle pulizie. La mattina della partenza come rimasti d'accordo abbiamo saldato la stanza lasciando i soldi in camera,quando poco dopo ci arriva un messaggio con foto che noi gli avevamo rotto la spina di un bollitore,quando in realtà già non funzionava perché era bruciata.Peccato perché ci siamo trovati sempre bene con persone gentili ed oneste fino ad ora.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir a pie hasta el centro de la ciudad y está rodeado de naturaleza. La cama es cómoda y el aire condicionado funciona bien sin hacer ruido.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no estaban muy limpias. Nos costó encontrar el alojamiento porque no hay letrero que lo indique, la recepción es una clínica médica.

Espaiós i tranquil. No té bones vistes però l'entorn és agradable. Molt proper al centre de la ciutat, en un no res hi ets.

Cons:

No disposa de cuina en el sentit tradicional. És a dir, només hi ha un microones i una bullidora. Me n'he sortit, però m'hauria agradat cuinar una mica més.
La dutxa estava lleugerament embussada. A la sala d'estar li falten mobles, he hagut d'utilitzar la taula de la cuina com a escriptori. A l'habitació també li aniria bé una cadira.

Ok for one or two nights
Pros:

It’s ok for one night.

Cons:

Got a room at the ground floor - it’s beside their family kitchen and I couldn’t open the windows, so there’s been that light smell of food the whole time I was there. However, not a major issue if you are not a fancy traveler.
The location is quite far out of town.

Pros:

Really lovely space in Kandy. It was just minutes from the city so we could grab a Tuk tuk to explore, but it was also tucked away from the city chaos which was lovely after long travel days. The aircon worked really well, the bathroom was modern and clean, and facilities were very comfortable. The hosts were so kind and helpful and allowed us to check out early to get to the train to Ella. Would recommend.

Pros:

Such a lovely room we stayed in. Very clean and modern- the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. The owner is the most lovely and welcoming lady who can help you out if you have any questions about the town or Sri Lanka! She also has a lovely daughter who we sat and chatted to🥰

Pros:

Very spacious and clean property! The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very modern and new. Great location, a short drive away from the chaos of the city. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, I had a passport issue upon arrival and they went above and beyond to help me.

Cons:

Nothing, would recommend!

A very clean room, located in a quiet area. To reach the city center, you need to go down the hill. The room is equipped with all necessary items (air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigerator).

Cons:

The bed is a bit short. Poor view from the window.

Pros:

Beautifully presented spacious room with the most comfy bed we stayed in. The bathroom is western contemporary style like a hotel. The host was very helpful.

We choose the location as it was a little out of town and wanted a quieter stay. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk into town. We walked in every day as it is down hill, best to use a tuk tuk to get home through pick me.

Highly recommended.

Lovely family with perfectly clean room and everything you need.
Pros:

The cleanest room we had so far. First, it was a bit challenging to find the hotel because it‘s brand new and the locals don‘t know it yet.
But once we found it, it was amazing.
The family welcomed us really heartwarmingly. Beside the room with comfy bed, there was a clean bathroom with hot water and everything you need. 10/10.

Wonderful family but not quite the accomodation we expected based off previous reviews
Pros:

Family hosting was absolutely wonderful and lovely, strong aircon, very soft bedsheets and comfy pillows.

Cons:

The pictures make it look like there is a nice view from the room and that there is a communal seating area but that’s actually in the main families sitting room in a separate part was not totally sure if we could use it as it was through a separate door. The room to stay in has big windows which opens onto a concrete staircase and walk way with no privacy so you need to have the curtains closed the whole time. When we asked for drinking water we were given water out of the tap (not safe to drink tap water in Sri Lanka as a westerner/traveller) which was quite concerning.
Quite far out of town (10min tuktuk) and dangerous steep road at night with some unfriendly street-dogs so not suitable for walking really.
The hosts are genuinely wonderful lovely people and were so kind and helpful I cannot fault the family at all. Just not quite the right location or set up for us personally. If you don’t mind being further out and without a view this could be a great cheap accommodation option!

Relaxed Stay close to Buddha
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Super nice room with aircon.

Cons:

One point that might be a bit inconvenient is that we had to be back at 11 pm. We only did sightseeing so it was fine for us.
It was very slightly dusty on a tiny part of the room.
