Really comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

The room was really nice and had really good facilities. The staff kept the room clean everyday. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

מלון מקסים צוות נהדר ,תמיד שמחים לעזור בכל בקשה גם שלא קשורה לשרותי המלון, נקי, אסתטי, ממוקם פנטסטי במרכז העניינים ובמרחק דקות מתחנות אוטובוס לכל חלקי מלטה, ליד מרכזי קניות, פבים ומסעדות, ארוחת בוקר מטורפת בריכה וסאונה 24/7 בקיצור היה שווה כל אירו :-)

It was amazing and we would come again!
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was great, with clean and spacious rooms, amazing facilities and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Opening times for the facilities were also very good!

However, what stood out most to us was the friendliness of the staff - every person we interacted with on the trip was so kind and helpful, and it really made our stay.

Thank you for a special trip!

Cons:

St Julian‘s is not the most beautiful part of Malta - this was okay for us as we knew that but I would recommend to research the area so you are not surprised:)

Pros:

L'emplacement, la qualité de la literie, le parking souterrain. La piscine chauffée sur le toit, le petit déjeuner et le personnel du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le manque d'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil, le spa qui n'en était pas un. En effet à notre disposition qu'une piscine et un sauna (petit) pas de hammam, pas de jacuzzi ( en travaux), pas de bain turc pas de flotarium ou pièce de glace etc etc. Le jaccuzi en travaux donc pas mal de bruit, difficile de ce délasser au bord de la piscine intérieure ou dans le sauna.
Très gros travaux à côté de l'hôtel donc bruit de marteau piqueur dès 7h du matin ( l'hôtel ni peu rien mais aucunes informations à ce sujet donné aux clients).
Nous avons contacté l'hôtel avant notre arrivée pour une question sur l'équipement de la chambre, retour de l'hôtel nous informant que la personne qui pouvait nous répondre était en congé. A son retour de congés, pas de réponse et à se jour aucun retour de l'hôtel.
Bref très déçu
