Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Poor view from bedrooms -Views of walls and buildings next door
Not suitable for families - used mostly by very young 20 plus year olds
Fire alarm and evacuation alarm went off at 4am- little explanation or apology for same
Room not ready on arrival at 3pm

今回の旅行で一番良いホテルでした。
Pros:

キレイでバス停からも近くてロケーションも
良かったです。プールも追加料金なしで利用できて
嬉しかったです。

Cons:

スパが利用休止になってたのが残念でした。

Hot, fun, modern facilities…. A great place to hang out after a long hot trek around the island
Pros:

Modern design, excellent facilities. Staff were great very helpful.

Cons:

Only downside was the views, though that is beyond their control and didn’t detract from the experience overall.

Excellent location and service
Pros:

+ excellent, polite and helpful staff from reception to restaurant to housekeeping.
+ Great breakfast with lots of variety.
+ Comfortable room, bed and sitting area.
+ Very Accomodating towards guests with late flights.
+ Central location and speedy response to calls for taxis.

Cons:

- the air-conditioning kept on switching off. Annoying during the night.
- lots of rough people hanging out side the hotel at night resulted in the hotel having to lock the doors after midnight.
- the tranquility of the indoor pool was ruined by a small group of people playing videos on their phones at volume and jumping in the pool. Some kind of surveillance is required to stop this.

Séjour relaxant et apaisant
Pros:

Un choix multiple et varié des produits frais, il y’a pour tous les goûts. Personnel avenant et toujours présent. Tres propre Très bel accueil le personnel Rose, Alison et Daniel sont à l’écoute souriant et attentionné, et parlant français pour nous c’était pratique.
Le Spa est calme zen propre

Nous avions vu sur un mur une déception pour nous on nous a proposé une autre option mais trop cher

Pros:

Stanze accoglienti e molto pulite, mobilio moderno. Colazione ricca e varia. Piacevoli gli spazi comuni, in particolare la piscina e il ristorante sul rooftop. Personale disponibile e molto gentile, in grado di soddisfare cordialmente le richieste.

La vista dalla camera e la mancanza di un affaccio esterno. Il bagno con poca privacy
