My stay was excellent and I will definitely return.
Pros:

The property had great hot showers and the service from the staff was excellent!!! When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist named Valentina. She not only made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond for me. As I don’t speak Spanish well, she ordered me food with consideration for my special diet. She was absolutely amazing and the best part of my stay. Although the entire staff was excellent!!! She was in a class all by herself. I slept so good and their laundry service was excellent and fast too. I seriously can’t say enough about my stay here. By far this was my favorite experience while staying in Tarapoto. Even though I stay in 2 other highly recommended hotels there.

Cada que viaje a Tarapoto, de seguro me quedaré aquí.
Pros:

La atención de cada uno del Staff es muy buena! Siempre atentos si te falta algo o no!! Pude estacionar la camioneta en frente del hotel sin ningún problema.

Cons:

Se encuentra al frente de una discoteca concurrida y el sonido molesta un poco por las noches. Sería bueno vidrios templados anti sonidos.
