Please note, the seasonal outdoor rooftop pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. It is free and open to the public from 17:00 until 22:00. From 08:00 until 17:00, there is an entrance fee of USD 40 per person. The pool may be closed on occasions when the property has rented it for private use.

Starting from June 7, 2021 to September 6, 2021, all guests must make advanced reservations with the pool 48- hours prior to their desired visit. It was very pleasant and worth the stay.
Pros:

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are always willing to help and are always welcoming. The room was nice and spacious with the beds being very comfortable. I have stayed at several hotels in Boston and this is my new favorite. Great hotel and great location.

Cons:

There should be a fan in the bathroom so it's not as hot and steam filled when using the shower. This seems to happen at most hotels however.

Pros:

Kids friendly services, free snack and water. Good location which was so close to the subway station.

Cons:

Felt like home and staff is great …

I love the location and the rooms are nice and big and comfy and staff was very helpful

Cons:

It’s pricey without even having breakfast facilities no breakfast included ,no microwave facility either ..world over for this price u get breakfast included..no bedroom slippers these are bad us for a hotel of this calibre and pricing …plus my deposit holds were not refunded ..also they charged me twice and some charges were not mentioned and they kept charging me the hold charges which they said they will refund I didn’t get any refund back on my cards
