Fijn hotel met een uitstekende ligging
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, op loopafstand van de winkels en andere voorzieningen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer had schoner mogen zijn. In de lades lagen haartjes en kruimels.

Pros:

Location, restaurant across the street offers breakfast from 5 am which is great for jet lag after overseas trips. Friendly staff. Some rooms are located nearby air condition in corridors which make noise like aircraft engine. I got one of those thanks to the staff who changed the room immediately. Check where your room is located before checking in.

Cons:

Very modest room for this price, tiny bathroom, basic cosmetics, old and loud air condition system. 70 USD for parking is out of sense. In understand that during the World Cup everything is overpriced but there should be some limits anyway.

Disappointed
Pros:

Elevator was broken and they did nothing to help compensate for that. We checked in and had to lug our bags up 9 floors and they didn’t even offer us help just looked at us and laughed.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t that nice & elevator was broken. we were on the 9th floor

Other than the beds not being comfortable I can’t find anything else wrong.

The best part about the stay was how they catered to my fur children.

Cons:

The beds were not that comfortable as other hotels.

I would only go back there again for the pool
Pros:

It was in a great location and had an outdoor pool on the rooftop however, it was very small and crowded. There was a mad dash as soon as it opened for a lounge chair over the weekend.

Cons:

The unfriendliness and inattentiveness of the hotel staff. When you call the front desk from your room, if you need something, they don’t answer the phone.

We have stayed at the Collonade before and we will come again. It is now my go to place in Boston.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional! They were very accommodating. Secured taxis promptly. While in Boston I broke my foot and they facilitated my early departure with grace and satisfaction

Cons:

The blower was loud and a bit difficult to control. My husband found the bed a bit soft.

Doesn't feel like 4* for this price.
Pros:

The location is fabulous, and the staff is amazing. We enjoyed the view from the room and moments at the pool.

Cons:

There were some difficulties making it stay harder and reducing the value for money.
The pool is rather small and overcrowded making me wonder whether they don't sell daily passes. It was hardly a place to sit. I should have remembered to bring mine but I forgot my flipflops and expected some in the hotel. There were none. Weird for a 4* hotel.
The bar and restaurant were closed during half of our stay making breakfast with a toddler more difficult than needed. There is a coffee room with snacks and beverages but open only during business hours so forget a late evening or early morning extra treat.
Parking is extremely expensive and they reset the clock every in and out. Very narrow parking spots make the price even more ridiculous.
The exit gate never worked. Every time, so like 6, I had to call for assistance and explain myself. You need to get to the 2nd floor to pay the parking ticket and get back to the elevator again to reach your final parking location. The elevator is programmed to take you to the lobby automatically though. Getting out of the hotel parking lot in my car was rather frustrating, especially with a 2-year-old.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Staff were so welcoming , location couldn’t be better - we could walk everywhere. Pool patio was lovely - we had great weather to use it in the afternoon. Mall and shops across the street , short walk to Fenway stadium , great restaurants.
