Please note, the seasonal outdoor rooftop pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. It is free and open to the public from 17:00 until 22:00. From 08:00 until 17:00, there is an entrance fee of USD 40 per person. The pool may be closed on occasions when the property has rented it for private use.
Starting from June 7, 2021 to September 6, 2021, all guests must make advanced reservations with the pool 48- hours prior to their desired visit. The Roof Top Pool is on a first come/ first served basis. Please contact the hotel directly to make RTP reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The service and check in /out was great.
The air conditioning unit was loud and never stopped running even though it said auto control. It was either hot or very cold

La chica de la recepcion muy poco receptiva, no hablaba español pero no se esforzo a explicar nada de nada. Pasamos la targeta sin explicacion alguna de qué pagabamos. Tubimos que preguntar para saber que nos estaba cobrando una fianza.

No air con in communal areas in August unacceptable.
Front desk staff atrocious - condescending, unfriendly and unprofessional. Through sheer incompetence blocked my payment card to the tune of nearly 4K following an error when taking deposit - barely apologised and told me the money would revert 'in a few days or a week'.
Bathroom was not properly clean and black hairs all over bath tub when arrived.
Pool was overcrowded with rowdy crowd of guests yelling and behaving like a frat party. Waitress excellent as was lifeguard but bar staff beyond rude and unhelpful.
Entire hotel needs a proper management team to come in and start again.
This is not what you expect at this price point and in such an iconic hotel. Avoid!

A fantastic hotel with a beautifully designed interior and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well appointed, while the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing and a real highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Location is perfect.

did not like the $100 of extra tax added on. Tax and surcharges should be part of the overall cost. this is probably more of a general comment then specific to hotel only
Great location. The hotel is within walking distance to nice restaurants, grocery store, indoor and outdoor upscale shopping areas. It is walkable to the airport shuttle bus stop through the Prudential Center, which is across the street. We saw but did not use the Amtrak back bay station which is also at walking distance to the hotel.
Location was great right next to subway station….rooftop pool great….room,preferred double 1029 was superb…loved this place…..

Great spot, right next to the Pru. Nice rooms.
A tad steep for the accommodation size. But it's Prudential Center. You're going to pay.
Room sizes are decent & clean, view from room was really nice, staff were polite. We also enjoyed the coffee lounge near reception.
Access to the wardrobe was a little awkward with the bed being in the way!
The beds are comfortable and the roof top pool.
No real continental breakfast. Just coffee and a snack. Had to go to restaurant for breakfast. No lunch served on rooftop near pool.
