⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for 10 nights in July 2026. The room and pool area are both really nicely designed and very clean. We were on the top floor which I suggest, as you get 2x balconies. There aren't many rooms so it feels very peaceful and spacious.

We didnt want to hire a car - so it was such a wonderful bonus to have access to the on-site bicycles, which you can easily borrow to pop into Preveza town or cycle to the bus station for trips further afield such as Ioannina, Lefkada and Parga.

The owner Achilleos is very welcoming and always available if you need anything. He really kindly drove us to a good spot at a beach one day rather than us having to get a taxi.

There are walkable local beaches close by and the best restaurant in Preveza - Ionio (2min walk away).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was comfortable, the hosts were kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed.

Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We truly appreciated the care and attention to every detail.

Καλαίσθητα δωμάτια εξαιρετική φιλοξενία

A házigazdánk kedvessége végtelen volt. Nagyon segítőkész és rugalmas volt mindenféle ügyintézésben. A szobákban rendszeresen cserélik az ágyneműt, a törölközöket, wc papírt kávé kapszulát. A szobákban bekészített víz, joghurt, fürdőköntös, papucs, szappan, tusfürdő, testápoló, hajszárító is van. A földszinti szobákból rögtön elérhető a rendszeresen karbantartott medence. Az épület nagyon jó állapotban van nem túl régóta üzemel. Az apartman 20 perc sétára van a kikötőtől- belvárostól, 10- 25 percre a strandoktól, 3 percre a csodálatos panorámával rendelkező tengertől. 5 perc sétára egy zseniális görög étterem is van. Köszönöm a szállásadóinknak és a személyzetnek ezt a csodálatos 9 napot! Ha visszatérünk Prevezába csakis itt fogunk megszállni!

Super host, friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean, daily housekeeping was great and the pool with comfortable sun loungers was a bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent. The room had a fridge, kettle and toasted sandwich maker. The host was very kind in providing a couple of bottles of water and yogurts for our arrival. Achilleas supplied us with excellent information on restaurants and local amenities prior to our arrival which was most welcome and was always ready to help, even taking us into town on the first day and to the bus station when we departed. Thank you so much!

Prachtige design kamer met mooie badkamer en uitstekend onderhouden zwembad, zeker een aanrader wat mij betreft.

Pas de petit déjeuner dans la location de l'établissement mais Akiléa nous à bien renseigner sur les activitées dans le quartier. Le parking à proximité était impeccable. Le calme était très apprécier. La piscine aménagée de chaises longues très confortables.

For us , it was the perfect location as we rented a car and wanted to drive around. Just a few minutes from the airport and from beaches and Preveza town. Super quiet place! The host, Achiles - amazing! Very helpful and kind! The whole place is extremely tidy, neat and perfectly clean. There are 5 bicycles available for the guests to use for free. Nespresso coffee machine and coffee in the room. Water kettle too. The room was cleaned every day. Loved everything! Parking available on the side for free.
