price was a great value, the neighborhood though is sketchy
Pros:

the room was spacious and airy. there is wifi. the vibe was a family run enterprise.

Cons:

electricals in the room seem home done. sketchy neighborhood awaits you outside the door. you have to wait to get into the room. they give me a key to the room but the building is locked and you have to buzz in and the staff will unlock the gated door.

Terminal Auto Bus. 10 minutes walk from bus terminal. Seurity gate. Infront of Lineal Park.
Located on Avenida 5A and not Avenida 5
Clean place Wifi. Elderrly lady and family are owners. Close to every thing taxi from cucuta Airport is 15000 Pesos About 4 usd
