La puerta no tenía cerradura literal estuvo abierta todo el tiempo y nunca solucionaron, no pudimos alejarnos de la habitación por lo mismo

El apartamento muy bonito, muy bien dotado, las camas excelente y el espacio bueno

El día que fuimos había como una excursión o algo así y tenían la terraza del bar llena de maletas, se veía muy desagradable... El día siguiente, no sé si la misma gente, tenía lleno de maletas al rededor de la piscina se veía muy desordenado (desagradable)

Muy poco personal, no salvavidas, no limpiando los apartamentos a diario, tampoco tenían a alguien pendiente de la ducha que queda entre el mar y la piscina, para que la mantuviera limpia.

Los colchones estaban muy mal, sin resistencia y poco cómodos. No proveyeron de toallas y sábanas, no se nos proporcionó la clave de WiFi, no hubo posibilidad de cambio de menú en el desayuno, el chocolate careció de buenas condiciones de preparado. Flujo de agua insuficiente para ducharse. En últimas la relación costo - calidad está muy desfasada, son oportunidades de mejoramiento
