I didn’t like it at all

Nos cambiaron a otra habitación esa habitación no salía agua del lavamanos la ducha salía agua hirviendo y no se podía colocar fría

Nos volvieron a cambiar dijimos q ya nos dejaran en esa y las paredes sucias en fin Siguieron más limpieza en los cuartos pares llenas de mocos

Llegué a las 3 pm, la chica de la recepción grosera, al principio me dio una habitación que no había elegido y que aparte tenía una cucaracha, le pedí el favor que me la cambiara y casi que me tocó rogarle, se excusó con que la aplicación no deja elegir (esto es mentira, he tenido más de 20 hospedajes por booking), nos dió otra donde ni prendía el televisor, le comenté y con una actitud mediocre me decía que sí servía cuando no, le dije que ella podía verificar que no servía y me decía que no, al final por fin nos cambiaron a una donde sí servía el televisor, no nos dieron toallas. La chica me decía que yo molestaba si me daba una habitación y luego otra. Revisen el personal, porque no es posible que uno tenga que rogar por obtener una habitación sin cucarachas y con los servicios que uno paga.
