Pros:

O locație superbă! Amplasarea, condițiile, mâncarea, personalul, totul a fost de nota 10!
De asemenea aș dori să îl menționez pe proprietarul (cred eu) al acestui hotel. Un om excepțional și primitor. Cu siguranță vom reveni și vara viitoare.

Wir hätten gerne verlängert, aber die Saison endet am 1.Oktober, deshalb reisen wir nun nach Thessaloniki.
Pros:

Neu und klug renovierte Zimmer mit Balkon, Duschbad und Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Täglicher, freundlicher Service und sympathische Mitarbeiter.

Overall much better than what we have expected. You wont regret comming to Nikiti and Nikiti Studio Beach…
Pros:

Excelent location close to the main street, beaches and all major Nikiti shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and quite ok. Breakfast is standard one, not much to choose, but for me it’s perfect as you don’t ned to think much what to eat.😊
All what you need is there.. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Cons:

Parking in Nikiti might be an issue. Few public places, streets, but still not secure enough. There is private parking, secured and properly marked but lacking any sun shade or cover. For 10€ per day i would expect some sun cover also for the car..

Pros:

Локацията на хотела е превъзходна, намира се на първа линия, срещу плажа и в непосредствена близост до най-добрите заведения и до яхтеното пристанище.

Cons:

Почистващия персонал е много шумен при работа.
Спалнята е на второ ниво, построено от дърво и при ходене/ изкачване на втория етаж е много шумно, чува се и от съседните помещения.
