房間有潮濕的悶味，走廊更難以接受。因為12點多才入住，孩子很累，所以嘗試開空調，期待會有改善，結果沒有，所以睡得不好。以前是住6人房，當時覺得入住經驗還不錯，這次住在11樓，完全是個大失望。

早餐該有的都有，但是不好吃，例如：焢蛋過硬，沒有豬肉，火腿味道也不對。最後吃生菜沙拉當早餐。早上出房門吃早餐的時候，走廊擺滿各種毛巾車、清潔打掃用具車，感覺很亂。房間有一股像濕毛巾悶到的味道，空調直吹床鋪，毛巾有幾條已經洗到變色，看起來灰灰的，應該要更換了。 床頭櫃有貼防撞的殘膠。洗澡時，水壓還可以，但不是那種沖起來舒服的水壓。

還是要說，我之前住過，因為之前的房間有先進的投影布幕、好喝的膠囊咖啡、零食、當時的床舒服、房間沒有異味，這次完全不知道為什麼突然落差這麼大。

櫃檯服務很好，平日入住價錢很划算

最喜歡的就是他的沐浴乳超級好洗的，而且整個房間的空間都非常的舒適，已經入住了好幾次了，每次來台中都一定回來入住，必須推薦
