Pros:

It's a great location with clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. Chef Mama is a wonderful person—very kind, helpful, and prepares delicious food while keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming.

Will definitely return to this lovely hotel
Pros:

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. In addition to the location and facility, we really appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff. The front desk lady on morning shifts went out of her way to us every day. She let us use her phone to make phone calls and helped us connect to the airlines, which eased our stress during the difficult time when air travel was disrupted. The breakfasts have many options and the freshly cooked food is delicious. It's also worth pointing out we noticed this hotel has elevators, which is rare in the area.

Ubicación muy buena. La habitación tenía vistas al Anfiteatro romano, que está delante, y se puede ir andando al centro neurálgico de Ammán. Habitación espaciosa, cama muy grande y el agua caliente funciona bien. El wifi funciona bien. El desayuno es correcto para empezar el dia, buen humus y buen labaneh, aunque tiene poca variedad.

Cons:

El exterior es bastante ruidoso, quizás los viajeros más delicados con este tema no podrán dormir bien. La cama era grande pero no era excesivamente cómoda.
