كان طاقم العمل جيد ومتعاون

Cons:

الغرفة تنقصها بعض المرافق التى أرى انها ضرورية وهى غير مكلفة
مثل مرافق الشاى والقهوة وزجاجة مياه على الاقل وشبشب للاستحمام

Comfortable and cleane
Pros:

Staff are polite, helpful. Room is clean and would be cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The sun dont get into the room i was residing. But for the price and the quality of the service its not a thing.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and supportive. They were always helpful whenever we asked for anything. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located, with good access to nearby sights and Tahrir Square.
There were many electrical outlets in the room, which made it easy to charge devices anywhere. The hotel had made some effort to renovate the rooms. While the renovation was not perfect, it was well maintained, by Egyptian standards.

The beds were comfortable, and the reception was open 24 hours. The reception staff spoke good English, so communication was never an issue. We also appreciated that tea or Turkish coffee could be served in the room upon request.
We had requested a quiet room in advance, and this was confirmed. However, on the second evening, a guest with a constantly crying child was placed next to us. We contacted reception, and they handled the situation very well. They showed us other, more spacious suites a few streets away, but we declined as it did not have separate beds. Josef, who assisted us, was very helpful and showed us several options. In the end, we chose to stay in the same hotel, and they gave us another room on a higher floor, which solved the noise issue. We were very grateful for Josef’s support.
Housekeeping is not automatic every day, but when we requested cleaning, it was done free of charge.

Cons:

These are some minor issues:
The room had a small window that was blocked and did not allow natural light inside. Although the artificial lighting was sufficient, after a few days it felt somewhat suffocating and confined due to the lack of a real window. The building itself is very old, including the stairs and elevator. However, this reflects a broader issue in Egypt, where many buildings lack regular upkeep, rather than being specific to this hotel.
While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not ideal. They were large and firm rather than soft and supportive.
Breakfast was acceptable for a short stay but lacked variety. It was fine for two days, but beyond that it became repetitive. Breakfast is not served as a buffet. Instead, it is served and includes white cheese, strawberry jam, halva, four pieces of white bread, a choice of eggs (plain omelet, sunny side up, boiled, or scrambled), and a choice of drink (tea or different types of coffee — no juice available). There were no options for different breads, or options like fruits, cereals, cooked vegetables, pastries, pancakes, or other items. The breakfast staff had limited English skills, so ordering beyond the listed options was difficult.

والاستقبال معاملتهم مريحه
والكيمرات موجوده في الممرات وممنوع الزيارات عندهم وهذا شي كويس وامان لك
ومكان الفندق ممتاز قريب من كلشي في القاهره
انصح فيه للشخص الي حاب يروح لاي مكان في القاهره بسرعه وبدون تاخير وضرب مشاوير لانك فعلا في وسط البلد قريب كلشي

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, un personnel très accueillant , souriant , serviable , un hôtel très calme , très bon rapport qualité prix , des chambres très propres et moderne , très bon emplacement, tout a proximitéa pied , rien à redire sur notre séjour dans cet hôtel , petit déjeuner correct , je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Το πρωινό είναι ελλιπές, χωρίς επιλογές. Η καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους (είσοδος, ασανσέρ, σκάλα) δεν υπάρχει. Γάτες μέσα στο διάδρομο. Στο δωμάτιο δεν έμπαιναν για αλλαγή πετσέτας, σκουπιδιών αν δε το ζητούσαμε. Χαρτί τουαλέτας επίσης ζητούσαμε ( 3 άτομα για 5 βράδια). Συμφωνήσαμε για μια εκδρομή και αφού πληρώσαμε, μετά μας ζήτησαν παραπάνω χρήματα λόγω φόρων.

Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Il n'y a pas grand chose d'intéressant. Seul l'emplacement proche du centre ville est intéressant et pratique. Il est situé dans une petite rue ce qui réduit le bruit la nuit pour dormir.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 5 jours et la chambre n'a jamais été refaite et n'a jamais été nettoyée et il n'y avait plus de papier toilettes. Le personnel nous a vendu des excursions très nulles. Une sortie à Saqqarah avec un faux guide. Une soirée en croisière sur le Nil horrible. C'est un attrape touriste. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon. Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Vraiment à éviter.

L emplacement proches des commerces en plein centre ville

Cons:

La chambre est bruyante, les fenêtres coulissantes ne sont pas faites pour des chambres d'hôtel, ne sont donc pas insonorisaates,
c'est bruyant de jour comme de nuit.

Une adresse commode, mais sans prétention. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel de luxe (3 étoiles égyptien)
Pros:

La localisation au centre ville est plutôt commode, le prix est compétitif (mais en rapport avec le niveau de l’hôtel), le personnel se montre attentif.

Cons:

Les accès, notamment l’ascenseur, sont rustiques. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, le petit déjeuner est sommaire.
