Saubere Unterkunft, Preis/Leistung gut, Parken schwierig
Pros:

War spät da, telefonische Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Unterkunft war groß und sauber. WLan war gut. Frühstück war nicht dabei, Bäcker aber gleich vor der Tür.

Cons:

Parksituation war sehr kritisch. Keine Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft. Musste weiter um die Ecke parken. Ok, Wien ist da grundsätzlich kein Schlaraffenland. Sicherheitsgefühl war abends nicht besonders gut. Jede Menge jugendlicher Gruppen bekannter Art waren unterwegs.

W tej cenie ok na jedną noc. Czysto, wygodne łóżka, ciepło. Niby wszystko ok, ale gdyby nie pani z pobliskiej restauracji to chyba byśmy spali w samochodzie. Zero kontaktu z wynajmującym i brak instrukcji wejścia do obiektu. Byliśmy po 20.00.
Dla naszych znajomych pokój był nieprzygotowany! Obsługa beznadziejna. Polecam, ale z zastrzeżeniami.

If you com with a car, if you will just sleep over, and if they improve the cleanliness, then OK.
Pros:

Quiet and safe. 10 minutes of drive to the closest U6 metro line. There is a cheap parking next to the U6 starting station. The apartment was spacious.

Cons:

The cleanliness is not satisfactory, the pillow sheets was smelling on moisture, there is only one coffee machine with few cups available and nothing else (not even one plate or a spoon). TV is without any receiver or antenna, or at least to have one HDMI cable to be able to connect the own computer.
