Отличный отель напротив железнодорожного вокзала
Pros:

Отличный отель. В Эль-Минье в принципе не так много вариантов проживания. Несмотря на это, сотрудники отеля стараются организовать отдых гостей на высоком уровне.

Расположение выгодное, очень легко найти на карте - прямо напротив железнодорожного вокзала Эль-Миньи. Рядом банкоматы, на самом вокзале тоже есть банкоматы, всегда можно снять египетские фунты.

На 4-м этаже отеля есть хороший ресторан, где можно поужинать. Там же накрывают завтрак. Завтрак простой, но мы голодными не остались.

Шампунь, гель для душа, халаты, тапочки, ушные палочки, шапочка для душа, мочалки, полотенца для рук, ног, тела - всё было в наличии.

Отель однозначно рекомендуем.

Cons:

В ванной комнате кое-где не помешал бы косметический ремонт, но нас это абсолютно не смутило.

It was a very nice stay and upon return we will be staying here again for sure.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof befindliches Hotel in historischen Stil. Die Zimmer wurden bei der erst vor kurzem stattgefundenen Renovierung stark modernisiert, was einerseits für bequeme Betten sorgt, zugleich aber auch ein wenig den Charme des restlichen Hotels vermissen lässt. Apropos: das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist leider nicht sehr gemütlich; dafür ist das Personal sehr reizend und das Frühstück sehr liebevoll gemacht. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise durch El Minya.

Cons:

Ein wenig weniger Neonlicht im Restaurant und andere Möbel könnten Wunder bewirken.

The perfect combination of old-world charm and modern luxury

The Savoy Hotel is the perfect place to stay when El Minya.
The kindness and hospitality of the staff made my 6 night stay in El Minya an amazing experience.
My room was large, very clean with satellite TV, fridge and restored to its original interior design.
The roof top terrace provides amazing panoramic view to watch the sunsets over the railway station and city.
The hotel restaurant provides an excellent big breakfast each morning and has a great dinner menu.
The hotel can assist in organising a car for visits to Amarna and Beni Hassin if needed.
If you are planning to visit El Minya The Savoy Hotel is the ideal place to stay where you will experience authentic Egyptian hospitality.
This hotel gets 10/10

Pros:

Hotel on busy roundabout but next to train station but noise not a problem. Limited hotel parking short distance away. Room large and clean with comfy bed and good facilities. Restaurant and food good.
We were a foreign couple travelling independently in a rental car and as such we're a bit of an oddity in this less visited city. The staff were very helpful and organised a taxi for us to see the local sights but the security situation in Al Minya is very different to the main destinations in Egypt and there is a police post at the entrance to the hotel and generally they will want you to take an escort when you leave the hotel. No problem as when we walked into town the chap faded away after 100 m but he came with us in the taxi
It's all a bit annoying but something one has to accept if you travel independently in this part of Eygpt

Sehr gepflegtes Stadthotel als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der Gegend

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, bestens um das Stadtzentrum zu erkunden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und ausgesprochen freundlich in Hinblick auf das Wohlbefinden, Top. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und geräumig.

Cons:

Lärmisolation zur Straße könnte besser sein. Zuwenig Möglichkeiten zur Ablage. Das Bad war einfach. Das Frühstück war zu sehr aus der Assiette (Käse, Marmelade, Schinken etc.), da hilft auch die ausgewählte Freundlichkeit! des Personals wenig. Keine Säfte. Das passte nicht zum eher gehobenen Preis.
Fahrten/Taxi werden, scheinbar für Ägypten typisch, überteuert angeboten.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie sich in und um El Minya bewegen, wird ihnen vermutlich eine Polizeibegleitung an die Seite gestellt. Man ist einfach auf die Sicherheit der Touristen bedacht.

hotel znajduje się tuż przy dworu kolejowym i bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. W pokojach do późnych godzin nocnych jest więc bardzo głośno - hałas z ulicy, klaksony, wycie pociągów nie pozwalają zasnąć.

Pros:

La posizione super centrale di fronte la stazione dei treni.
La staff molto gentile. Ogni 2 per tre mi portavano un succo di frutta in camera.
La camera era spaziosa. Bastava chiudere l'areatore del bagno e la porta del bagno per evitare un po' di rumore di fuori.

Cons:

Il bagno insomma, una tenda di plastica nella doccia e il sapone non dei migliori. Ma si può soprassedere.
La colazione poca scelta ma se ordini ti portano quello che vuoi.
