Pros:

Ideal für Konzerte, 5 min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof, 10 min. zur Festung.
Man hat sogar ein Lunch Paket für uns gerichtet, weil wir keine Zeit mehr zum Frühstücken hatten.

Schönes Zimmer, total zentral gelegen, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Art des Frühstücks.
Bestellung statt Buffet, man war gezwungen, aus ein paar belegten Brotkreationen auszuwählen.
Das ergänzende Buffet ist nicht gerade üppig.
Ich konnte beobachten, dass Gäste damit überfordert sind oder es einfach nicht kapiert haben. Die haben nur das genommen, das am Buffet lag.
Die Kellner haben nur auf Nachfrage das Konzept erklärt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Betreiber damit einiges einsparen wollen.
Schade, das Hotel ist toll, aber ich werde sicher nicht wiederkommen sondern mir ein Hotel suchen, wo es ein "normales" Frühstück gibt.

Wir waren im arte Hotel in Kufstein und waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer waren angenehm und sauber und auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt hat für uns fast alles sehr gut gepasst. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Einen Kritikpunkt gab es für uns allerdings beim Frühstück: Die sogenannten „7 Brotsünden“ haben uns persönlich nicht ganz überzeugt. Die Auswahl bzw. Varianten der Frühstücksbrote fanden wir eher schwach. Wir hätten uns außerdem gewünscht, dass man Wurst und Käse klassisch an einem Buffet selbst zusammenstellen kann.

Zentrale Lage, gleichzeitig ruhig. Moderne Ausstattung. Nette Bar.

Cons:

Frühstückssituation total chaotisch, wobei sich die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht haben und sehr freundlich waren.

Unprofessionelles Personal an der Rezeption . Wenn man eincheckt und der Name wird von der Rezeptionistin falsch ausgesprochen,finde ich es als Gas sehr unangenehm und eine Frechheit wenn man dann vom restlichen Personal ausgelacht wird.
