Professionelles Personal, gutes Frühstück und zentrale Lage!

Sehr freundliches und wohlwollende Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstücksbuffett

Cons:

Tiefgarage war voll mit 42 Fahrzeugen~ war ärgerlich! Die Toilettenreinigung wird von einer externen Firma ausgeführt , leider in meinem Falle- in zwei Zimmern- nicht akzeptabel und in einem Fall hatte ich Blutflecken im Bett und mein Wunsch nach einem großen Bett wurde erst nach dem ersten Zimmertausch erfüllt ! Das Management war aber sehr um Schadensbegrenzung bemüht und sehr professionell!

Frühstück ist guter City Hotel Standard, sehr neue Zimmer, Air Condition selbst einstellbar - top!
Fitness-Raum mit Life Fitness Geräten rudimentär, aber prinzipiell alles da…

Cons:

Trotz Lärmschutzverglasung war mein Zimmer durch die Kreuzungslage etwas laut, Verdunkelungsvorhang mit etwas zu kurzer Oberblende. Der top Service macht alle kleinen Mängel wett!

- Fijne badkamer/douche

Cons:

- Parkeergarage van het hotel was vol toen ik arriveerde (17.00 uur). Ik werd doorverwezen naar de ernaast gelegen parkeergarage, van een belendende supermarkt. Kosten (zo bleek de volgende morgen): € 20,- voor 18 uur parkeren, uitsluitend in cash te voldoen :-(
- Ontbijt is van 06.00-10.00 uur. Ik arriveerde in de ontbijtzaal om 09.45 uur. Brood was op ("sorry"). Geen yoghurt of vers fruit, noch scrambled eggs. Viel vies tegen.
- Incheckprocedure kostte maar liefst 12 minuten. Onduidelijk waarom.
- Ongemotiveerd personeel.

1 Nacht Nähe Bahnhof TOP - freundliches Personal- reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Top Lage Nähe Hauptbahnhof mit Fitnessbereich, angenehmer Liegekomfort am Einzelbett, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet sogar mit veganen, laktose freien Optionen.

Cons:

Straßenverkehrsgeräusche - Fenster an der Straßenkreuzung. Für eine Übernachtung konnte ich mich damit arrangieren.
