Shower was very poor, very little water on the shower head, hot water handle was broken and sharp, it made a mark on my hand, no toilet paper and towel weren't comfortable at all. Not sure if breakfast was included because we didn't get any. Most hotels include breakfast, they could install a dimmer switch in the room, s little to bright specially if you come with kids

Good and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staff was kind and always there to help, rooms were comfy and it was quiet for the most part (elevator is a bit noisy and my room was next to it but that's okay). I was moved to another hotel and at least this one included breakfast (The Mirror Hotel).

Cons:

I had to be moved along with another person who arrived before me to The Mirror Hotel (same hotel company) cause we were notified about our rooms having a filtration issue. I was okay with it. In fact, everything was okay though 5 nights later I wanted to stay at the Embassy ln Holidays, booked a stay I was redirected to The Mirror again.

Yo uso mucho la plataforma en varias partes del mundo y nunca me habia pasado nada hasta que llegue a este hotel

No lo deberian tener en la plataforma es una empresa poco seria muy irresponsable e irrespetuosa con los clientes y mas con los de la plataforma

Yo hice mi reserva dias antes y el dia que llegue alla realice el pago y luego me dijeron q no habia disponibilidad y que me enviaban a otro hotel mas lejos me tocaba pagar transporte para ese otro hotel .

Es malo es pesimo hoy en dia un hotel de esos no debe de estar en ninguna plataforma porque pierde credibilidad booking tambien
