you get what you pay for , not much
Pros:

you get what you pay for , its quite shabby , yes its cheap and well located but in all fairness probably better pay more . the word boutique , shouldn't be there . to be honest I didn't;t even feel that safe with the kind of door lock they have .no bed side lamp you need to get up to switch the main light off. the staff is friendly enough

Cons:

its quite shady , not properly clan and the facility are next to zero . the bed and pillow are literally plastic . they could do with renovating and upgrading this place . its very cheap , but pay more and stay somewhere else .

Se escuchaban las conversaciones de los empeados muy fuerte, y habia musica a alto volumen, recomiendo mas sobriedad, los hoteles estan hechos para garantizar el descanso de los huespedes.
