Good value for money hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location which felt very safe. Room and hotel exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The most frustrating thing is the doorbell which guests have to ring to gain access and because they only have one member of staff on reception who also cleans then the doorbell can be heard in every room in the hotel at anytime, day or night. This could be remedy with the member of staff having a pager or similar rather than everyone in the hotel needing to know someone needs letting in.
The only other issue is the sauna isn't working I was told although the day I arrive it was working but being used to dry washing

Una estadía comfortable

La ubicación es estratégica, la zona es tranquila, pude descansar muy bien. El personal de servicio del hotel siempre fue amable y estuvo dispuesto a colaborar conmigo en todo lo que necesitara. Muchas gracias por todo.

Cons:

No tengo quejas ni reclamos sobre ningún aspecto del hotel, porque cumplió con todas las expectativas que tenía. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quien necesite un lugar tranquilo, seguro y bien ubicado en Bogotá.

Een nacht in (Gay) Hotel San Sebastian
Pros:

Een rustige plek, goede ligging in een leuke wijk. Niet heel gezellig op het eerste gezicht.

Cons:

Het had net zo goed een kamer kunnen zijn die je per uur kon huren met het WC-papier aan de muur. De jacuzzi zag er schoon uit maar ik vond het toch wat te spannend om er in te gaan, gezien de staat van de koelkast en douchekop. Misschien heb ik zelf niet zo goed gekeken. Ik na het boeken zag dat het een gay hotel was. Hoeft niet uit te maken maar het voelde wel een beetje ordinair. Overigens waren de lakens schoon, de medewerkers behulpzaam, de prijs zeer redelijk, een fijne patio buiten en de TV was groot en werkte goed.

Hay una ducha eléctrica que no funciona bien , en la habitación. Se escucha el timbre cada vez que llegaba alguien llegaba , mucho ruido en otras habitaciones y en la recepcion
