It was a long drive from the airport, but as all attractions are scattered around the island, it was not an issue,

I also noticed a real improvement in the food compared to last time, which was great to see.
If I could suggest anything, I’d love to see more veggie-only options — maybe fewer salads with meat or fish added by default, so vegetarians have more variety. That said, I really did enjoy the food overall!

Thank you for letting me extend my stay — I appreciated every extra moment before heading to the airport.
Already looking forward to next year! 🌴✨

The staff would clean up not empty my dustbins
The bathroom is not well levelled , water remains back after shower, the restaurant has cats very disturbing during eating, they should do something about it. I hated the fact during dinning in my partner had to remove his cap. It’s a leisure place not ruling place what to wear and not too

Electricity shut down very often, even if only for a few minutes. Maybe a better generator should be installed.

There were numerous continuous power cuts throughout the day - sometimes up to 15 in one day.
We also had an issue where the management confirmed we could refund an extra day we had added due to flight changes but then had to cancel due to further flight changes - but when we tried to do this, they then denied they’d said we could do that.

Better food

Firstly I didn’t like the fact that for the 5 star hotel the food was poor. I am a vegetarian and almost every day I had to eat pizza as mostly salad was with meat , fish and sea food. Not enough fruits for breakfast. The choice of food in general is not too good and I hope they will improve that in the future . Another thing is that at the property we can see a lot of animals - which is perfectly fine for me as they don’t bother me but staff were rude to them and didn’t allow us to feed them or give them water which in this condition is not humane!! If you like to have animals around please allow people to take care of them. They don’t do anything bad to anyone so we should treat them with respect and kindness. We experience the day where members of staff were throwing stones at them!!!
Thirdly- builders and maintenance team who was doing some work were very loud during the day so you can hear a lot of noise.

The access to the hotel is not clean and easy. Actually it is pretty difficult to find out hotel main entrance.
