Pros:

地理位置绝佳，步行5分钟到金字塔，有超赞坟景天台。

Cons:

1. 房间并没有坟景，这实际是欺骗行为了。
2.房间水坏了，导致我晚上无法洗澡。
3.下水地漏是堵的。
4.隔壁房间是养羊的，所以房间会有臭味。

L'équipe. A certains moments, pas très efficace. Ne les écoutez pas s'ils vous disent que vous ne pouvez pas entrer sur le site des pyramides côté sphinx. Ce qui vous oblige à payer un taxi. Pas du tout apprécié
L'hôtel est en travaux. Manque un peu de maintenance.

Careful where you stay, you might end up on the street in the middle of the night with no help

Nothing, we didn't even get the chance to arrive to the property

We contacted them on the day of the arrival and arranged with them for a taxi to pick us up at the airport when we land. They confirmed the ride, we got them our flight information and everything. A few hours later we land on the airport at 9:30pm in the night, walk out of the airport to find out that no one is waiting for us. We contacted them about the taxi to find out they didn't even arrange it, we confirmed everything with them HOURS before this situation, if we still wanted a ride we had to wait 40minutes to get one from them. On top of that they inform us they are out of electricity and can't accept our reservation. At this point it's 10pm and we are left on the street with no ride and nowhere to sleep. What would have happened if we arrived there by our own car and found out that we have nowhere to sleep????
I understand that things like this can happen but you still have to inform people about that, not tell them about the situation only after we messaged you first. After getting angry and frustrated we got the answer: if you are still looking for a hotel we can help you find one
Well do you think I am NOT looking for a place to sleep at 10pm in the night after travelling all day??? Very unprofessional, unhelpful, unorganized and not trustful! Horrible, horrible, horrible. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM ANYBODY!!!!!

They did not give me a chance to go to the property.

Cons:

Booked as a good deal. When I was in my flight they sent me a text saying due to electrical issue they won’t be able to provide me the room. I landed Cairo and saw the text. I am with my family after 20 hours flight with no accommodation. They offered me a room at a different place which was no match with what I booked. This place is full of scammers. That was a way to charge you a higher price and giving you a place which did not have a view. They should be kicked out of booking.com.

We feel we were scammed.

View of Pyramid and staff are friendly

Cons:

The facilities are not well maintained. We were given a room with a bathtub, but it had visible damage. There was no bathroom mat or rag, which is very important since there is no door or partition to prevent water from splashing out during a shower.

Regarding the tour, what was explained and offered to us during the discussion was different from what we actually received. The tour did not match what we agreed on, and overall it was not worth the amount of money we paid.
