Decent place but amenities could be better.
Pros:

It was a decent place if you need to be near the pyramids and sightseeing locations. The rooms are tidy but could be better.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t turn the A/C on and the TV wouldn’t even work.

Une fois arrivés sur place a l hôtel après 12h de bus avec un enfant de 10 ans et bien ils nous disent pas de chambre alors que sur booking c’etait confirmé ! ! Certes ce n’est pas loin des pyramides mais ce quartier n’est ni beau ni confortable ! À peine un pied dehors les enfants, les drivers, les calèches vous sautent dessus et ne vous lâchent pas !! 😤même en disant « non » fermement . le monsieur de l accueil nous a quand même aidé en nous donnant le code wifi et en nous commandant un uber . On a fini par prendre un hébergement à zamalek c’était beaucoup mieux ! Plus central! Très vivant

Ils n’ont pas comprit ce que service hôtelier signifie ou alors on se fiche de nous.
Cons:

Être prévenu à mon arrivée qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre pour moi, soi disant à cause d’un problème electrique. Me laisser me débrouiller pour trouver un autre hôtel; et m’indiquer que je n’aurais pas de supplément à payer à cause de l’annulation …. ( ça me ferait mal !).

Il terrazzo

Cons:

Dopo 1 ora dal nostro arrivo abbiamo capito che nn ci avrebbero dato le.camere solo perché non avevamo prenotato con loro i tour.
Quindi siamo stati.portati in un altro hotel a 50 metri,dove ci hanno dato una camera doppia anziché quadrupla.

Pros:

Vista piramidi, l'unica cosa decente.

Cons:

Sono degli scammers, posto sporco, colazione orribile e personale aggressivo. Non andate, truffa e zero trasparenza-rispetto per il cliente.

Espectacular estancia
Pros:

El personal fue super amable con nosotros, y nos proporcionaron todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia.
