Great stay
Pros:

The rooms was amazing. We had a suit and the views to the pyramids were beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. Mahmoud at reception was great and very helpful with tours. So much to see and do.

Très bon établissement pour se loger à proximité des pyramides
Pros:

L’hospitalité des employés 🔥. Il y a des magasins de souvenirs et épiceries à proximité de l’hôtel. La vue au dernier étage sur les pyramides étaient incroyables.

Cons:

L’hôtel indiqué 12h pour le check-in, toutefois une fois arrivée vers ces horaires, l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de nous accueillir. Bien heureusement, l’établissement a gentiment mis à disposition une chambre courtoise pour patienter suite à cette incident.

The stuff was kind and helpful ,Abody,Sahar and Hagar was therefor everything we need.
The breakfast and the espresso was really good and at the checkout the stuff gave us the breakfast bc we did it very early .

we did not stay at this hotel, the address or the hotel is not right

The address of this hotel on the sites is not correct or the hotel does not exist... the taxi took us at the address on the site but there the hotel was not at this address. We had demanded for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and had given the information about our arrival, but nobody was there. When we phoned the hotel, we were told that the shuttle would be the in an hour, It was absolutely outrageous. What is going on with this hotel??

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo , camere pulite , colazione egiziana abbondante, vicinissimo alle piramidi

Cons:

Nel bagno c'è bisogno di una tenda per doccia ( si allaga il bagno,) ,una mensola poggia sapone dentro la doccia,
I tempi per la colazione sono lunghissimi

Cons:

1、預訂的房間是可以看到金字塔的房間，但是實際入住時是完全看不到金字塔的房間，連窗戶都非常小；如果房間賣超的話，當初就不應該收取面對金字塔房的費用，等於是欺騙顧客，掛羊頭賣狗肉。
2、早餐寫8點-10點，8點前就到頂樓了，但是快9點才供應早餐；所以去金字塔時己經快10點了~人非常多，早餐很不準時。
3、退房的時候，櫃檯人員叫我打開booking.com APP，強迫我按10分，由於我們人還在裡面，大門口都是飯店的人員，如果不馬上按10分，我怕我們出不去會有危險，很感謝booking.com同意讓我改評分，因為從一開始進房間跟預訂是完全不同的景觀但我們付面金字塔的費用，這一連串的體驗都很差，以上幾點希望其它旅客不要遇到（有點難，直接不要訂這間就好）。
