We truly appreciated how the staff stepped in during a stressful moment and went the extra mile to help!
Pros:

The location was so close to the downtown by walking distance but located in a very quiet area so no traffic sound at all. Superb staffs - they were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, when we had a trouble paying to a didi taxi driver. Great breakfast was a bonus!

Peaceful relaxing place to stay in a very busy area
Pros:

Lovely relaxing environment. The 2 cats and dog were a bonus. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Quiet location no noisy street music. Staff spoke very good English. My room had an amazing deep sit-in bath

Hidden gem of a hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful when asked to book a restaurant for us and we were even given a little gift on checkout. Lovely little touches in the room - duck slippers and toothbrush for our daughter. The courtyard was a great place to chill and unwind after a day's sightseeing.

Cons:

We loved the craft beer but it would have been nice to have a bar with more choices so could sit outside with a few drinks. However this is a.minor thing and nothing to stop you sitting outside with your own drinks.

O quarto era muito lindo, grande e muito, muito confortável. Aquecimento maravilhoso( os 4 dias que ficamos Beijing estava -13 ❄️❄️. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel é familiar, e no café da manhã, estavam os proprietários sempre atentos. Agradecimentos aos meninos na recepção que sempre nos ajudavam com o tradutor👏👏👏🫰🏻🥰fazendo nos sentir cómodos. No dia do check up um lindo presente, amei🫰🏻🥰
