Pros:

Nice room and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Out side of room is very unpleasant. The spa in third floor keeps disturbing. Some time cigarette smoking smell enters room inside. Lift was not working, stare cases are not cleaned. They provide only one bottle (1ltr) water free per day. Extra water charged.

It Was near to my work place hence I choose

Cons:

Despite having a prepaid booking, I was asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 830 at the time of check-in. As I did not have sufficient time or alternative options to find another hotel, I was compelled to pay the extra amount.
This situation is unacceptable, as I had specifically chosen and trusted your service for a hassle-free prepaid booking experience. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience and has affected my confidence in your brand.
I kindly request you to review this matter and refund the excess amount of Rs. 830 at the earliest.
