Pros:

Very bad atmosphere. Not clean . Give us a dirty room. Then closing all good rooms. As a women give me a full cigrette smell room . window lock is broken.. night full traffic sound.Next day woke up with severe sinus issues. I told give me another room immediately. They are telling no other rooms. But I told I want immediately. So give me another room. It's not a hotel.

Location is good.

Cons:

Requested to provide quiet room , but they provided rooms on the road side which is noisy and air pollution.
although they had rooms on the opposite side which are quieter.

Pros:

Nice room and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Out side of room is very unpleasant. The spa in third floor keeps disturbing. Some time cigarette smoking smell enters room inside. Lift was not working, stare cases are not cleaned. They provide only one bottle (1ltr) water free per day. Extra water charged.

It Was near to my work place hence I choose

Despite having a prepaid booking, I was asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 830 at the time of check-in. As I did not have sufficient time or alternative options to find another hotel, I was compelled to pay the extra amount.
This situation is unacceptable, as I had specifically chosen and trusted your service for a hassle-free prepaid booking experience. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience and has affected my confidence in your brand.
I kindly request you to review this matter and refund the excess amount of Rs. 830 at the earliest.
