Görünen binanın sadece en üst katında bulunan 3-4 odalı bir konaklama tesisi, bina eski fakat iç mekan odalar daha da eski yıllardır hiç revize edilmemiş gibi, çarşaflar çok eski yıpranmış değişmeli artık, çarşafları yıkayan şirketi acilen değiştirmeliler temiz denilen çarşafta bile kıllar mevcut. Banyoların içi kireçten beyazlamış. Sanırım otel yöneticisi hiç masraf yapmadan para kazanmak istiyor. Malesef bizler için kötü bir deneyimdi. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum

Very disappointing check-in experience and poor handling of the reservation
The check-in time shown on Booking.com was from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and I did not specify any particular arrival time.
However, when we arrived at around 6:00 PM, we were told that we could not check in. It appeared that there was no room available for us, so the property arranged for us to stay at another nearby guesthouse instead.
We had already had a long and tiring day and were both very hungry, but we ended up waiting at the reception for more than an hour while they tried to arrange another place for us.
When we finally arrived at the replacement guesthouse, there was initially nobody there to receive us, so we had to wait again.
After we eventually checked in, we were then told that the previous card payment had failed and that they needed to charge us again. We had to wait once more for them to bring the card machine from the original property to the new guesthouse.
By the time everything was finally settled and we could go out to eat, it was already almost 8:00 PM.
Another issue is that our original reservation included breakfast, but the replacement guesthouse they arranged for us did not include breakfast, so what we received was not equivalent to what we had originally booked.
What made the situation even more concerning was that the property repeatedly asked us to cancel the Booking.com reservation, even though we had already arrived and they had arranged another guesthouse for us. If we had cancelled the reservation ourselves, we might no longer have been able to leave a review about what happened.
I found this request very inappropriate and dishonest, especially considering that the problem was not caused by us. We had a valid reservation and arrived within the stated check-in hours.
Overall, this caused us a lot of unnecessary waiting, stress, and inconvenience after a very tiring day.

Mısıra 2.gelişimde bu oteli deneyelim dedik ama hata yaptık. Otele akşam geç saatte geldik, girişi belli değil, içeri girince yönlendiren tabela yok. çalışan kadın ilk baş güleryüzlüydü. Bize odayı gösterdi ama odadaki pencere kapanmıyordu, çalışan kadına bunu söylediğimizde kapatmaya çalıştı ama işe yaramadı "bir şey olmaz, burası güvenli otel" dedi. Başka odaya bizi almak istedi ama biz otelin güvenli olmadığını düşünerek rezervasyonu iptal etmek istedik. Rezervasyonumuzda ücretsiz iptal seçeneği mevcuttu. Ama kadın bir anda ters davranmaya başladı ve bizden ücret talep etti hatta 1 gecelik ücretten daha fazlasını istedi. Bu otel yerine aynı paraya daha güvenli ve kahvaltı dahil başka otel bulduk, siz de iyice araştırırsanız bulabilirsiniz.
