Staff was helpful and friendly. The location I good.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in the room. They changed my room next day, but unfortunately, both toilets in the new room also had no toilet paper. The pillow cover was dirty, and I informed the reception, who apologized for the issue.
The towels and bed sheets in the other room also looked used and had visible stains. Although the staff said they were clean, the stains were still noticeable.
Overall, the staff were polite and apologized, but the housekeeping and cleanliness need significant improvement.

I booked the VIP room on the ground floor. It was clean and spacious. Our stay was very comfortable.
