These were testing days of my life. Completely wrong choice.
Pros:

The hotel is too basic to offer good breakfast. We ordered desi breakfast and we had bare minimum choice available. Tea was good though.

Cons:

Rooms are too small, so small that one queen size bed hardly fits in the room. Besides only one room had decent size windows. Rest either had small windows and it was extremely noisy in and outside to open a window, Construction besides the hotel site disrupts sleep.

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

Delibratly turning off the circuit breaker of AC every now and then, you need to ask them to turn it on.
Not turning generator on until you mention.
The majority of staff is uneducated and sees females as aliens.
