Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel et le personnel d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle .
Les petits déjeuners sont variés et très bons.
Le snack de la plage le midi est très bien.

Cons:

Nous étions venus pour faire de la planche à voile comme indiqué dans le descriptif de l’établissement.Grande déception, à la case nautique, on nous annonce qu’il n’y a plus de planches sauf une réservée pour l’hôtel.Mais pour en faire, il faut que plusieurs éléments soient validés par le service météo de l’île pour des questions d’assurance.Donc impossible de faire de la planche à voile.Si vous pouviez retirer le mot planche à voile dans votre descriptif,cela permettrait à d’autres clients de savoir à quoi s’attendre.
Au niveau des repas, le choix des entrées est très restreint et toujours le même, c’est un peu dommage.

Super per fare kite tutte le scuole vicine e spot ottimo!!

Cons:

3 notti su 5 ho trovato blatte in camera. Ho segnalato piu volte il problema e nonostante l'apparente dosponibilità dello staff a fare eseguire una pulizia adeguata, nessuno si è mai preoccupato di chiedere se il problema fosse veramente risolto (e non lo era!!) Al momento del check-out non hanno neppure fatto il gesto di scontare qualcosa dal totale per scusarsi del disagio causato.

Belle expérience au sein de cet hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au sein de l'île Rodrigues, très bien placé pour pouvoir visiter l'île facilement. Le personnel de l'hotel était très disponible et serviable, merci à eux.
Les excusions proposées par l'hôtel (en supplément), sont aussi très bien

The location was amazing; the spectacular views compensated for the lack of hygiene and so-so food.
Pros:

The location in Anse Marouk was second-to-none, ideal for kite-surfers as one of the schools is located on their beach. Staff were very kind and friendly. After we checked out, they were kind enough to allow us the use of their courtesy room for showering.

Cons:

Hygiene could have been better. Our room and dining area had a cockroach problem. Nothing much was done despite our complaining several times. As a result, our 3-night stay was not a restful one, when Rodrigues is all about unwinding.

Une très belle adresse pour découvrir Rodrigues
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au C Rodrigues Mourouk et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons pour son cadre exceptionnel, son ambiance familiale et son orientation sportive.

Les chambres, installées dans de petits logements mitoyens, sont confortables, bien agencées et dotées d'une excellente literie. Seul le ménage nous a paru parfois un peu irrégulier.

L'emplacement est l'un des grands atouts de l'hôtel : vue magnifique sur le lagon de Mourouk, accès direct à une superbe plage de kitesurf et agréable piscine. Nous conseillons vivement de louer un scooter pour découvrir Rodrigues, c'est selon nous le meilleur moyen de visiter l'île.

La restauration est excellente, avec des buffets variés et de qualité. Concernant le personnel, notre ressenti est plus partagé : certains sont remarquables, d'autres encore en apprentissage. Les efforts de formation sont visibles et méritent d'être salués, mais quelques détails permettraient d'atteindre pleinement le niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Petit conseil : le transfert proposé par l'hôtel (70 € par trajet) nous semble vraiment trop cher. Il existe des taxis collectifs beaucoup plus économiques. Enfin, l'école de kitesurf partenaire Osmosis est réputée, mais ses tarifs sont élevés et les réponses sur WhatsApp peuvent parfois tarder.

Au final, un très bel établissement dans un site exceptionnel. Avec quelques ajustements sur le service et les transferts, il serait tout simplement excellent. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Hotel muy coqueto, perfecto en la playa de Mourouk.
Buena comida (aunque no muy variada), tranquilo y familiar en las fechas que fuimos.
La playa bonita, snorkel muy divertido.

Very good location except for the hot water/lack of water issues
Pros:

The location was fantastic. It was without a doubt a beautiful spot. The breakfast and dinner, which were included, were well above par, with differing themes every night. The staff was polite and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements.

Cons:

The first morning, there was no hot water - we went to reception and they assured us that it was fixed. The next morning, I had hot water, but not my wife - so we went to reception again and, again, they assured us that the problem would be fixed, which has the case for the next couple of days. Then, 2 mornings later, there was no hot water again - again we went to reception, and they assured us that the problem would be fixed as a matter of urgency. The next morning, which was our last day there, THERE WAS NO WATER AT ALL!!!! except for a very small trickle. Apparently, according to their electrician (or handyman) this has been recurring problem due to a leak - the least they could have done was to move us to another unit!!!
