Pros:

Delicious

Cons:

Every thing was perfect but they charged me 700 rupees more saying that it is for the booking.com commission
They should pay the booking.com's commission not by charging it on the client because the app brought a customer to you
Customer or the client who is staying at the hotel should not pay for that extra fees, if he should the app should mention it while booking
That is my point of view, please correct me if I am wrong

ワガ国境への車を手配してくれた。両替に柔軟に対応してくれた。安い。

Cons:

到着時、エアコンのリモコン、トイレットペーパー、タオルがなかった。水シャワーしか出なかった。タオルの替えと水シャワーの対応を電話でお願いしたが、一切対応してもらえなかった。WhatsAppで問い合わせをした際に、答えがわからないのか、途中から完全に無視されるようになった。WiFiが不安定だった。

The bad experience which I have been stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The worst break fast I have seen in my entire business trips,When I ask for the tea standard so the manager response is that we recently changed our cook, and sorry the poor standard, but there is no way to provide any discounts in the Double standard room.

Cons:

The clean of room is very poor standard, Food in the morning break fast is extremely worst taste.

It was an adequate stay.
Pros:

The room was well set out and It was much cleaner than last years stay, the mature manager was wonderful, the other staff were of very poor standard. But they had room service this year last year they did not.

Cons:

No matter how many are in your room you are only given one towel. So take a towel for yourself. The breakfast was inadequate last year we were given juice and green tea or coffee with no charge. This year there was no coffee as an option neither was there any juice. The breakfast choice was also limited. This year there was no plain option ie scrambled eggs, or french toast. Everything was super spicy this made it difficult for westerners who are elderly. We also had no fridge in our room which meant we could not store any necessities. They also gave us a smaller room than we asked for. One of us got stuck in the lift during a power outage and staff said it was their fault they did not touch the button hard enough. The older manager was wonderful. It was the younger staff who were giggling at us when we tried to make a complaint. Very disappointed with staff this year.

Pros:

The best thing is location of the property as it is located on the mall road where all the food, shopping and tourist attractions are just minutes walk away.
The facility is a family hotel where no couples or dates are allowed. The location is a bit inside the street, hence, make it less noisy and comfortable to stay. Staff is helpful and respecting, breakfast provided was soo good even though basic and not so lavish. Overall a good place to stay with family or solo in the heart of the city.

Cons:

Maintainence is required of few things including repairs of exhaust fans, sockets, broken t.v remote, hot water supply equipment, t.v and taps.
Still a good experience.
