Bad Experience
Pros:

Air-conditioning was totally okay and beds were good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Full marks for the staff.

Pros:

Good value for money, very friendly staff, good location and reasonably clean facilities.

AC was more than adequate for my room and despite so much load shedding in Lahore, there were very good arrangements for power backup.

Cons:

The WiFi was terrible and the quality of the food/drinks leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything was good except there communication
Pros:

Location and hotel was good

Cons:

I asked them twice or thrice that it is possible to checkout late and they replied every time yes sir you will checkout late. But at the time when we arrived and asked that we will checkout 3 to 4 hour late then they said ok then paid half rent extra for late checkout which was a new thing and never told us before. That is a really bad thing and please always try not to put customers in the dark.
