Pros:

Rooms are Very Clean Hotel staff are very supportive they help us to book cab for sightseeing and guide for our trip with politely in early morning at 4am for Tiger hill Sunrise . Thank to hotel management for making our first visit to Darjeeling memorable.

Location is not on the road hence Luggage carrying was difficult.Used Bedsheet and pillow covers provided.wash basin not cleaned.Dust in floor,foot mat were very dirty.Space for Bathing not available in bathroom as the comode was placed far from wall . Bathroom was stinking.
Water logging in bathroom.Rooms are too small.
No cupboard available in rooms.. Toilet flush not working.
Comode seat is smaller than comode.
One bucket and one mug provided.
No privacy/curtain from adjacent building.
No facilities for in house resturant.
Food was provided of below standard from Road side .No hygiene.
No mineral water provided from Hotel.
Internal phone was not working.
