My massive thanks to the incredible staff of Sunshine inn for all their hard work and dedication to providing a world class customer experience.
The staff of the hotel are truly incredible and treat you like you are family and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible.
My personal thanks to Samy, Moustafa, Aya, Mohamed and Abdul.
The facilities and rooms are beautifully maintained and kept to a very high standard.
The food the hotel provides is fantastic and the views of the pyramids from the rooms and particularly on the rooftop restaurant are absolutely stunning and breathtaking.Definitley good for the soul!
The airport shuttle is very reliable, useful and convenient with great communication provided on this and the driver tracks your flight.
The location is fantastic as you have the Giza pyramids on your doorstep but are still a reasonable distance from the airport.
I highly recommend Sunshine Inn- a fantastic experience!
الاستقبال والموظفين بشوشين ويسعون لخدمتنا
Everything was good hospitality on the best level.
They called taxi for me to airport which was 20$ instead 10$ Uber, i agreed if driver will stop at the shop and pharmacy, driver brought me to a friend of him and they was trying to rip me off, when i refused to buy he refused to go to a normal shop and drove straight to airport, i had to pay extra 400 egp to do what we agreed at hotel, man real scumbag, i was frustrated, ruined my day USE ONLY UBER IN CAIRO !
For everyone preparing to travel to Egypt I would advise to prepare mentally for the cultural shock they will experience when visiting this beautiful country with a unique culture and intriguing historical sights. What I mean by cultural shock, is that there is extreme poverty in this country sadly, so don't have to high expectations. BUT Pyramid Sunshine Inn where we stayed at for five nights during our holiday exceeded all our expectations. The location of the hotel is in the outer parts of Giza but there are shops nearby to buy all the neccesities, and lots of historic places are within reach by car. The rooms were tidy and clean and our balcony presented sight to the Great Pyramids of Giza, waking up to it is truly one of a kind experience. Furthermore what made our time at the hotel unforgetable, is how kind was everyone to us, Mustafa made everything he could to make us happy, for example when I got a sunstroke on the last day of our vacation, he brought me Egyptian foods as a gift to make me feel better, (to be honest I have never one experienced such kindness from any hotel staff ever before) and I think this honest kindness is invaluable. That is why me and my whole family is so grateful for our time at Hotel Sunshine Inn. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone because we enjoyed every second of our time there, thanks to everyone being so helpful and friendly towards us and the hotel being clean and modern.

Nothing. Absolutely Nothing.
1)Booked a triple room All Inclusive package for a family of 4 with two 6 years old kids (not Kids friendly at all) and tried calling them to update my late check in. No one responded not even a reply in booking.com. Managed to speak after calling them daily after 4or 5 days.
Finally the day has arrived to check in and tried calling them more than 10 times and successful after that. They were ok with late check in over the call.
2) Arrived Hotel. No reception in ground floor and lift not working so have to climb the steps to reach 5th floor reception. No lights all the way on the steps.
Building is still under construction and very dusty.
3) 4th and 5th floor looks ok as they are newly renovated.
4) Reception guy looked into my booking and said they do not have triple room as booked and offered me 2 rooms instead but I rejected 2 rooms as the place do not look safe and took a double room with 2 single beds and reception guy is very rude and mentioned I turned up late for check in and they offered the room to some one else.
5)Next day morning after breakfast had an argument with them and managed to get my room changed to quadruple room as they do not have triple room available and they asked more money for the room which I rejected.
6)Breakfast have only 1 option whether you are vegetarian or non vegetarian- very very bad . How can a vegetarian eat meat????
7)2 hours waiting time for lunch and Dinner . They give you menu and you can choose only one item per person whether it is starter or anything. Any non alcohol drink you ask they ask for money. They are getting the food from outside restaurant and serving.
8) No Room cleaning once you check in however long you stay they clean only once you check out mentioned by receptionist, Room has no towels no hot water and when you ask reception they say laundry problem for towels. For hot water they ask to wait for 1hr and try again.
9)worst kids friendly hotel I have seen.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our Egypt tour, and it was a delightful experience.
The stay was reasonably priced, and the quality of the rooms and service made it worth every penny.
Mr.Saleh, in particular, provided outstanding service, always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was very tasty, with traditional dishes that gave us a taste of local flavors. While the quantity and variety of items were limited, it wasn’t an issue since it was complimentary.
A night-shift receptionist charged us 45 EGP for a bottle of water that typically costs 10 EGP. When we questioned the price, he claimed it was the menu rate. For context, even at a five-star restaurant, we paid only 25 EGP for the same. It’s not about the money but the mindset of taking advantage of guests, which left a negative impression.
The same receptionist also offered us overly expensive tour packages (around four times the actual cost). We declined and stuck to our own plans, which worked out better.
While complimentary, the breakfast could benefit from more variety and larger portions.
In summary, while the hotel provided good value and comfort, the experience was marred by attempts to overcharge for basic items and services. Guests should remain cautious and plan their tours and expenses independently.
Very clean and friendly staff
Amazing hotel friendly people staff are so helpful rooms are very clean it’s amazing nice hotel
She was beautiful and everything was perfect.
Top floor is well decorated and have viewing of Pyramids which is a great plus
Some staff will insist to their max to be your guide with hefty price. Report to owners (2 brothers) They are proactive and listen.
A wonderful hotel close to the pyramids. They have a roof and the most beautiful views of the pyramids. They also have a good reception for the university as well. Thank you to Mr. Mohamed, the owner of the hotel, for the cooperation
