Pros:

Расположение отличное.

Cons:

На три дня положили две таблетки для посудомойки. Геля или порошка для стирки не было вообще. Диван светлый заляпан так, что надо застелить, чтобы не вызывал раздражение. Вызовите химчистку, что ли. Если решили постирать, то вещи будете сушить даже на светильниках, сушилки нет.

Pros:

A 600 metri dal Palazzo della Ragione, in un palazzo elegante sito in una strada tranquilla, si è rilevata una struttura eccellente. Appartamento al primo piano con ascensore, due ampi bagni, cucinotto attrezzato e due camere da letto separate. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Cons:

I bagni inspiegabilmente moto caldi e la mancanza di qualche ulteriore asciugamano.

A very good place in the heart of Padova.
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to Piazza dei Signori, Piazza del Duomo, Cafe Pedrocchi, Capella Scrovegni. Parking place inside, locked. Very comfortable place, spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Air conditioner functional and effective, spacious bathroom. At ground level is a very elegant living room if you want to receive a visit. The system of self check-in and checkout is good. There are minimarkets and restaurants nearby, 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

It needs some little renovations. The line for emergencies isn't quite functional in the evening.

Appartamento vecchio, arredato con mobili vecchi e funzionanti, zona cucina di fortuna, climatizzato solo in soggiorno, non nelle due camere, bagno grande, tutto funzionante ma vecchio. The location was convenient. Not easy to cook or just chill - fine to sleep and shower

Good location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Kitchen was very poorly equipped in terms of cooking utensils. Only 2 wine glasses and there were three of us. Only place to sit was at the kitchen table and no one could move round the kitchen if people were working there as no space. Second bedroom was clearly designed to be a living room initially -

Es hat mir sehr gefallen in Padua und in der Residenz La Fenice
Pros:

Die beiden Damen im Büro sind sehr hilfreich.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Der Preis ist gut.
Die Sicherheit im Haus hervorragend!
Der Fahrstuhl ist prima!

Cons:

Das Geräusch von der Badlüftung. Ohne sie konnte man kein Licht im Bad machen.

All in all great place to stay. Costumer service could be way better.
Pros:

Very nice apartment, well located just next to the city center and 10 min away from the train station with a taxi.
Good space and comfortable in general.

Cons:

Costumer service could be better, since they didn’t reply at all, and when they did it was already late.
Also there was no shampoo nor body soap in the shower.
An electric kettle would have been also nice to have.
