La posizione è ottima, ma occorre curare meglio la struttura
Pros:

La posizione ottima per visitare la città

Cons:

Phon non presente in bagno;
Muffa lungo il bordo del piatto doccia;
Arredamento datato e poco curato;
Serratura della porta a vetri difettosa, non riuscivamo più ad aprire e, solo dopo tanta insistenza, ci hanno fatto scendere un’altra ospite ad aprirci

Wonderful Padova!
Pros:

The property was extremely well located, near many eateries, historical down town locations, supermarkets, etc, and within a 20 minute walk to the train station. The apartment had a good layout, kitchenet and access to a washer and dryer (a plus for Europe). The property also had a parking area but a car was not needed for visiting the area and nearby towns. The hosts were easy to reach and also the office was available to support guests.

Cons:

A drip coffee maker and additional cooking utensils would have been nice. The hot water for bathing was not reliable and at worst lukewarm (depending on how many guests were at the property at the same time).

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, Zentrumsnähe und trotzdem ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Wohnzimmer geräumig für drei Personen und es gibt ein bequemes Sofa.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat eine Dachschräge und ist relativ dunkel und kalt. Das größte Problem war die Wohnungstür, die sich nur sehr schwer zu öffnen war. Auf alle Kontaktmöglichkeiten (Telefon und E-Mail) hat bis zum Schluss niemand reagiert.

Très agréable et pratique
Pros:

Parfaitement bien placé dans le centre de Padoue. Facile d’accès. Confortable. Bon accueil.

Cons:

Rien à part quelques ustensiles de cuisine qui manquent et seraient utiles.

Piacevolissima struttura a due passi dai monumenti e con possiblità di parcheggio.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro storico di Padova.

Pros:

Savršena lokacija u starom delu grada, odakle je sve što je važno, blizu. Apartman je bio čist i udoban.

Cons:

Malo radova na održavanju i sitnih popravki bi dobro došlo. Vrata kupatila nisu mogla da se zatvore, a grejanje se svelo na jedan klima uređaj. Ostalo grejanje je bilo isključeno.

Ottima scelta
Pros:

Scelto per una vacanza di qualche giorno di fine anno a Padova si è rilevata una ottima scelta. Prezzi umani per una famiglia media, vicinanza al teatro Verdi ed al centro in genere, pulito, posto auto in cortile privato, silenzioso, letto comodo, gestione del check in ed out ottimizzato.

Per il prezzo pagato nulla, arredamento vintage ma molti punti di appoggio

Pros:

Instalación muy buena y con encanto. Muy buena ubicación y muy buen parking privado.

Cons:

Estancias muy viejas. No tiene calefacción e íbamos con un bebé de 4 meses. Tienen un aire acondicionado y no sale caliente.
El lavavajillas está de adorno porque no funciona.
