This hotel was perfect, it has a rare combination of feeling really luxurious and beautifully designed, while still being warm, welcoming, and completely unpretentious.

Every member of staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made us feel at home throughout the stay.

The cocktails at the bar were some of the best we had during our trip. The communal spaces are absolutely beautiful too; peaceful, full of character, and the perfect place to unwind with a drink and/or a book.

Our room was lovely, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The location is fantastic as well: right in the heart of the Old Town, so everything is within easy walking distance, but tucked away just enough that it stays wonderfully quiet at night.

If you're looking for somewhere with boutique charm, exceptional service, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for three nights in July, and from the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. With only 15 rooms, it offers a level of personalized service and attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. The location is also very central within the walled city, right where much of the activity happens. This means that in the evenings you may hear music and street performances, but these typically wrap up by around 9:30–10pm, after which the area becomes quiet.

Every member of the staff was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Whether it was bringing us cold water by the pool, restocking the minibar daily with complimentary water and flavored tea, or leaving a delicious sweet treat in our room when we happened to be out, every little gesture made us feel incredibly well looked after.

The rooftop pool and bar are fantastic and definitely worth spending time at. On my last day, I treated myself to a massage, and it was wonderful. Looking back, I only wish I had made even more use of the hotel's amenities throughout our stay.

Breakfast here is also outstanding—so good, incredibly filling, and available until 1pm, which made our mornings feel relaxed and indulgent. Don’t miss the banana bread that comes with the bread basket—it’s absolutely delicious.

What impressed us most was how attentive the team was. On our final day, they offered us a complimentary late checkout without us even asking.

This is one of those rare hotels where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. If you're debating whether to book it, don't overthink it. Just book it. You won't regret it.

El hotel más hermoso de Cartagena, la amabilidad del staff, las habitaciones hermosas e impecables y lo mejor el servicio de spa, las piscinas, la shala de yoga y el café.

Fue una gran sorpresa, encontrar ese oasis interior una vez pasas la puerta de entrada. Todo está muy cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El personal fantástico, muy atento. Y la dueña Carolina un 10. Merece la pena conocerlo. Desde el desayuno, la piscina, hasta los espacios espectaculares del hotel.

This is perhaps my favorite hotel on the planet. Perfect location. Unbelievably warm and attentive staff. We got to know many of them, and all of that felt very special. The hotel is magical and beautiful. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop dinner was repeated. It's a crazy good value. Checks all of the boxes : personal, historic location, lovely staff, healthy and gorgeous food, romantic rooftop. I was ready to move in.
