Great attitude from the manager and everyone. Clean place and great amenities

The place is neat and well arranged. The attitude of the people was excellent. The atmosphere was very good and the amenities were excellent. Great value for the money place!!!

O vacanta foarte reusita
Pros:

Directorul impreuna cu personalul foarte amabil, curatenie maxima, mancare excelenta, serviciile fara repros. Cu siguranta ca vom veni aici ori de cate ori vom ajunnnge in Kopaonik

Cons:

Ar trebuie sa faca si un jacuzzi, optional. Se poate si fara dar cateodata apa de la piscina era mai rece si simteai nevoia de relaxare dupa o zi pe partie.

Frumos!
Pros:

Este al doilea an în care venim. Hotelul este foarte frumos, apartamentele mari, potrivite pentru familii cu 2-3 copii. Partea de SPA a fost reamenajata, fiind acum mai elegantă, foarte potrivita, avand în vedere că 2 zile a plouat și nu s-a putut schia. Domnul de la recepție foarte amabil.

Cons:

Micul dejun nu a corespuns asteptarilor. Aceleasi feluri de mancare, nu foarte diversificată, timp de 5 zile (maxim 1 fel schimbat pe zi: ex: dovlecei trași la tigaie schimbat cu ardei trași la tigaie). Este primul sejur în care nu exista suc natural la micul dejun. Un singur fel de coasante cu unt. Nu se aduna farfuriile de pe masa până când nu te ridici de la masa. Produse fără gluten nu există.

Excellent spa retreat — just like home
Pros:

A wonderful hotel. Clean and cozy, with great attention to making sure everything you need is provided in the room. Excellent housekeeping; the rooms are warm and have heated floors. The spa has everything you need: a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and salt room. The staff show care and patience in everything they do. Very comfortable beds, with a choice of pillows and blankets. There is a small refrigerator in the room. We brought our own kettle, but you can request one at the reception. The hotel also has its own parking, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to park your car.

Cons:

Breakfast did not change during the several days of our stay. It wasn’t poor, and everyone could find something to eat, but it was the same every day.
There was no jacuzzi in the spa, although I saw one in some photos — perhaps it was there before.
While we were staying, only one of the three saunas in the spa was operating.
You need to drive to the main ski slopes, but this can also be a plus — there is parking available in front of the hotel. Without a car, it’s difficult to get around Kopaonik anyway

- nice pool + sauna + small gym
- stable wifi
- supermarkets near the hotel

Cons:

- small fridge turns off when you leave the room (and remove entrance-card from the slot), so you can't store food there.
- there is no electric kettle (+ a few tea bags). Instead there is a coffee machine with 4 capsules. And I'm not sure if this is a universal solution for tourists.
- it takes 10 minutes by bus/car to reach the Ski Center Kopaonik.

Our ski vacation was great, but the hotel was disappointing and the booking rating is misleading.
Pros:

Although it is 5 km from the ski centre, there is a connection to it via lift two kilometres away, as well as convenient parking. The spa and fitness centre are well equipped. The chef was very nice and did his best to make up for the unpleasant feeling we were left with.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of sewage in the apartment. The restaurant was not open and we were told three times that it was the end of the season. But this was not specified when booking, nor reflected in the final price. The last two days there was no breakfast buffet, and we were asked what we wanted because there were few guests. The apartment wasn't cleaned, they just took out the trash and didn't change the towels once. We probably wouldn't have been so disappointed if someone had communicated the situation with us beforehand. It is not our fault that the hotel has no guests. But the service was not up to the category. If we had wanted to dine out, we would have rented a villa where the price would have been lower, but we paid for a package deal we didn't get.
