Il servizio di accoglienza è sicuramente gentile ed efficiente; prezzo onesto, comodo il parcheggio, un supermercato a pochi metri. Location a metà fra Ascoli ed il mare.

Cons:

La camera prenotata prevedeva un "letto matrimoniale large”, ma erano 2 letti singoli accoppiati con due materassi e due reti diverse che a dormirci si separavano; un solo comodino ed una sola presa elettrica vicino al letto; prevedeva ”utensili da cucina", alcune pentole, piatti e bicchieri.. ma neanche una spugna con del detersivo piatti per poterli lavare; in ultimo, non pulitissimo benché accettabile.

Una settimana con la famiglia fra Marche e Abruzzo
Pros:

La stanza è molto grande e anche essendo una famiglia di 4 persone siamo stati molto comodi. Angolo cottura moderno con forno ad induzione, bagno grande. La posizione è ottima al confine fra Marche e Abruzzo a 20 minuti di auto dal mare e 20 minuti di auto da Ascoli. Vicinissimo ad un grande supermercato e a pochi minuti d'auto da un centro commerciale dove si può mangiare alla sera. Parcheggio gratuito, grande e comodo.

Cons:

Nulla di particolare da segnalare.

Very pleasant stay except wifi not working very well.
Pros:

Location was great for us to go to Ascoli for hospital visit. Plus Lidl next door so could get food.

Cons:

Neighbours making a noise which is not the properties fault. Just inconsiderable people world wide !!
